“Have several cats between my sister and I. We trust Dr. Coyle with the many different health issues they have. Hospital is well staffed and assistants are knowledgeable and helpful. We always feel safe with procedures and leaving cats overnight. Our dog had some issues well past closing time so we left a message thinking we would hear back in the morning but Dr Sobers got back to us right away and checked on us throughout the evening to make sure things were Ok until we could come in the morning. “We saw Amy Lynn and Dr. Pearsall today for the first time and they were incredible. They were kind, patient and professional yet personable. They were even funny and made us laugh. We immediately felt like our Lily girl was in safe hands. They answered all of our questions and addressed all concerns without making us feel rushed. “At first I did not have the best experience here. Things were unorganized and communication was not great. However the owner James had heard me and has made me and my daughter a priority when it comes to my daughter’s medicine. He rectified the situation and continues to keep his word that we would not have to worry anymore in regards to having her medicine on time and if there was anything that could delay it he will notify me prior to make sure we can find another alternative. I respect him and his business and am happy I stood with them. Communication and understanding is key and they do work very hard to rectify any situation that makes customers feel they are not getting that. That speaks.”
“Dr.Cyr is the most knowledgeable and kind Veterinarian in the area, hands down! She is kind, compassionate, and never rushes a patient out the door. She answered all of my questions (I had many), and then some. My 10 year old sheltie got bit by a spider & he was very swollen and uncomfortable. The second she treated him with lazar treatment he had relief. She’s also treated him for his periodontal disease and I see such a big difference. I am so thankful to have found her, and plan on sticking with her for as long as she is in practice!”

“I’ve been a customer of Banfield for 10+ years. Starting with care of two dogs now one. The former veterinarians;as well as the staff has always shown my dogs and myself great hospitality. However, I have to say since veterinarian Payne joined the team; my dog (Pearl) allergies are under control at least 97%. Dr. Payne is the best thing that ever happened to Banfield. Pearl, suffered with allergies that took off almost all of her hair. For two+ years nothing Banfield former veterinarian prescribed worked! Until dr Payne arrived. He carefully evaluated my dog; prescribing the best medication, ear drops and medicated shampoo for her. It worked!!! Thank you, Dr. Payne you ROCKED! Overall, yes, Pearl still has allergies however she no longer suffers as a result. Dr. Payne helped us get it Pearl back on track. I recommend Banfield hospital in Stroudsburg for all animals. Ask for Dr. Payne. He’ll get your animal, right! Praise Jehovah!”

Cat infected with flea and called to ask for help with flea management. They were very helpful in providing options and trying to help the best they can within the limitation of unable to see the cats in person. Respectful and kind people. I called when I was extremely stressed out about the situation and I think they handled it well and deserve the public recognition and praise.”
“They're amazing and so caring! I had to come in for an emergency within 2 days apart. My cat had an emergency and also had an asthma flare-up. Dr. Singh and the lady up front were so helpful and sweet. Eased my tensions at 10 pm. on a Friday night!”
“My husky had ripped most of her dewclaw off Sunday afternoon. There was blood everywhere in the house & I tried my best to stop the bleeding. Called Creature Comforts for an emergency visit & they were able to see husky. Initially, the plan was to bandage the injury & come back Monday for the dewclaw to be surgically removed, however an exception was made to do the surgery while we were there. The price for an emergency visit on a Sunday + minor surgery was very fair! All around pleasant experience.”
