“Great experience took my puppy in no appointment. been going there for years. Had dental surgery. Had to take the puppy back. I Couldn't get bandage off. They took it off no problem. skin was irritated They treated him. Within 15 minutes. They didn't charge appointment fee. Which was really nice and appreciated as well. Thank you for all your hard work and making sure my puppy is great”

“I was using another vet Dr. Miller in pocono pines .the vet just shut down, no notice to his customers. Found this vet.mt bethel animal hospital. What a difference more professional than Dr. Miller's ever was.the office staff and the vet very courtesy and much more knowledgeable. My dog did not even know the technician gave her her shots. My dog was wagging her tail on the way out not scared at all.we will be back.”

“Dr.Cyr is the most knowledgeable and kind Veterinarian in the area, hands down! She is kind, compassionate, and never rushes a patient out the door. She answered all of my questions (I had many), and then some. My 10 year old sheltie got bit by a spider & he was very swollen and uncomfortable. The second she treated him with lazar treatment he had relief. She’s also treated him for his periodontal disease and I see such a big difference. I am so thankful to have found her, and plan on sticking with her for as long as she is in practice!”

“At first I did not have the best experience here. Things were unorganized and communication was not great. However the owner James had heard me and has made me and my daughter a priority when it comes to my daughter’s medicine. He rectified the situation and continues to keep his word that we would not have to worry anymore in regards to having her medicine on time and if there was anything that could delay it he will notify me prior to make sure we can find another alternative. I respect him and his business and am happy I stood with them. Communication and understanding is key and they do work very hard to rectify any situation that makes customers feel they are not getting that. That speaks.”

This clinic is open 24/7, and my emergency fee was only $200! Dr. o’keefe was awesome, knowledgeable, patient, and helped diagnose something my main vet missed!
