This bank has always been fairly quick and very helpful. Had a difficult situation recently and had to go there in person to resolve it with another party. The bank manager was wonderful, sensitive, and considerate. Made it very easy and was wonderful to work with. The employees here are always so friendly and personable as well. Highly recommend!

Made people wait in line while lady was flirting with a customer and even after the customer left, didn’t attend to us waiting in the front until we walked to the back where she admitted she wasn’t supposed to be. She Also had incorrect information about deposits, didn’t understand the difference between a personal and business check. Lied and said she talked to supervisor about funds being released (I could see her walk back, talk to no one, then walk back). Playin me like I’m stupid. Also she lied after I tried telling her the policy she claimed about deposits changed a year ago, I confirmed a man I spoke to at the front (less than a month ago) confirmed the policy’s were still in place and didn’t change. She said no man works at the front as a teller ….as I saw him come out of an office while leaving. How are you going to gaslight and say no man works there and I see him as I’m leaving?? Heard a whole bunch of women laughing as she went to “talk to supervisor” and then proceeded to give incorrect receipts and information. Disgraceful and never coming back. I refuse to be played as dumb by someone that works at a bank who can’t tell a personal check from a business one and will lie about the employees that’s work there. Never again will I come here. Unnecessary lying and round about excuses.Professionalism is key to working at banks because it’s our money and nobody plays around when it comes to money. When i realized she lied about the release date on the receipt, i called corporate to see what was going on , why my funds went from being released in 2 days to 7. Let’s just say…. She didn’t know what she was doing and unprofessional and was reported.

I visited this branch today. What a terrific experience!! I was greeted by the manager immediately when I entered . Told him I don’t have my checkbook and needed $1000. I am out of state from Florida. No problem showed my Id and in less than 10 minutes I had the money and out the door. This was top shelf customer service for sure. Thank you

They nicely answered my inquiry calls and the banker at the branch assisted me with CDs and cash withdrawal. The facility is renovated and quite. I was welcomed by the gentleman in the parking lot. Overall i had a fantastic experience

Employee told me to deposit check into ATM because he was to lazy to do his job. ATM ate my $2,500 check and same employee told me there is nothing they can do besides advise ME to call the 1800 customer service number, smiled and told me have a great day.

They don’t ever answer the phone ANY location. I have a simple question and Wanted to know the answer before I got my daughter dressed to drive somewhere(because there only like 3 centers) and they tell me they can’t do it. I even started calling the just atm locations hoping somebody would just answer. I don’t mind the bank but the phone service is trash.

The worst bank ever found someone must of tried to get a credit card threw them but I have protection for that and tried to reach outvto them and my gosh if you dont have an account with them you can never reach a real person. They can careless about people just the dollar they can try and steal. Had them 20 yrs ago and got rid of them won't ever use them again and this is why.

This BOA branch is new (only opened Aug 2021?), and the staff are very friendly. I went to purchase a cashier’s check at the teller, and everything worked out smoothly. We were in and out in minutes.

I wouldn't give the man at the front desk a star but I had to I found him to be very ignorant His customer service skills are horrible And he got a real smart mouth I will follow up with my complaint with the corporate headquarters of Bank of America

Beautiful location-my only issue is that: while using the drive thru atm, there are several marks/finger prints on the machine and no hand sanitizer dispenser attached to the machine. Although COVID cases are decreasing, it is still a thing. As a safety precaution, I would suggest cleaning the “drive thru” atm SCREEN periodically & providing some type of hands free hand sanitizer. I was a bit disgusted bc I was prompted to touch the machine throughout my transaction (PIN number, transaction type, deposit type, add more deposit, finish, print receipt). Other than that, nice upscale ???? drive thru atm.
