I went here to see if I could get my cracked screen fixed or had an upgrade on my phone. I they couldn't fix screen, but I was eligible for a upgraded phone.

decided to come into the store today after a while. was very impressed on how the store is now compared to the previous months, The store was very clean and neat. and even smelled great! The new employees cody the manager and jim sales expert were so polite and an amazing help on resolving multiple issues i had with my phone! great job for turning this location around! i will definitely be back!

I went into the Metro T Mobile Penn Hills plaza location to have my contacts and telephone #s restored. Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable in restoring my contacts and telephone #s I was impressed by how quickly he resolved my issue! I ended up getting an upgrade which Cody assist me in finding a phone that I was familiar with and the price was within my budget! Cody made sure I had all the set ups before I left the store! This is display of professionalism is what great customer experience is all about:)!

The staff has improved since the last time I got a phone here. They convinced me to upgrade when I wasn't even thinking bout it. Love my 5G. My internet is better and dude helped me get all my stuff on my new phone. Told my mom to go see them if she need anything for her phone

I was unable to send pictures in a group chat but could send them to people individually, I called and Cody was able to fix my issue over the phone and from a different state!
