I set an appointment up for a front end alignment for 5:30 July 30th I walked in and the kid behind the counter complained to me made feel a certain way cause of my appointment time the tells me that they don’t off a full alignment. Why off the device if you don’t do the full service. And if they don’t like the appointment time then why offer it to me ?? Completely unprofessional he straight told me the he didn’t wanna do period cause it takes an hr agin don’t off a 5:30 appointment if you are I’m incapable of providing the services that I was told I was gonna get

Great service....i called and the manager said he would get.me.right in for my oil change and he did as.promised. in addition they did a thorogh check over and gave me a green light. In and.out in 30 min. Always good service in penn hills location

Time management here is awful. I had an appointment scheduled at 3. Car wasn't even looked at until 3:45. Then I get my car back around 4:30 and find the service I asked for hadn't been done. All the while they were taking in other customers cars and spending time on those cars instead of mine. Never coming back.

Fantastic Service! Scheduled online for an oil change, dropped off the car early, service was done quickly! Received an informative text message with all of the services done, what needed work, etc!
