People are friendly... But 1 HUGE fault here.. Is that they have 2 greeters.. 2.... While they have a line to the door.. They think a greeter is more important than the actual customers waiting in line for 30 mins... Not sure I understand the placement of staff here.. But management should take another look.

Came in for new debit card and was taken care of by a lady named Helen very nice and informative gave me info on the first time homebuyers program which I knew nothing about! ... It's the little things that keep me banking with PNC. I been an account holder for years and have no plans on going anywhere else.
