The staff is super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They take their time explaining things and never make customers feel rushed or pressured. They really care about their customers and are good at their jobs. The store is especially recommended for ice to inline skate conversions, as they do a phenomenal job. Whether a customer is a hockey player or a new hockey parent, the staff is invested and interested in helping. The Monroeville location is a great place for all hockey needs.
