This was my second visit to the clinic since one of the tests that was ordered was not completed on my first visit even though my doctors office confirmed they ordered it. I've been to Quest many times, and this is the first time this has happened, however, it was irritating that I had to make another trip.

The check in process can be confusing for elderly or mentally challenged patients. A receptionist is badly needed.
