This rainbow has a nice variety of styles to choose from. You can always find good deals in here. I love how they have security at the door as well. Staff is friendly, the store stays clean, and everything is usually organized and in its correct place.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. I went to this store with my daughter. We got clothes and when I went to pay, they had a new hire ring me up and not only did she charge me twice for the same 3 shirts but she also left a magnetic tag on one of the pants. I was over charged and I went back to the store to fix the problem. The manager was extremely nonchalant about both issues. She simply made me fill out a paper with my information and told me that corporate would call me in two business days. She also took off the magnetic tag and told me okaii I don’t need anything else from you. NO APOLOGY NOTHING. As. Manager you’d think she would be more professional about the situation but she was not. As a manager you are responsible for what YOUR EMPLOYEES do but she pretty much just showed me the door. I NEVER got a call from anyone at all. The people here are EXTREMELY unprofessional. Definitely go to any other rainbow. I do not recommend this one to anyone.

Came here with two of my friends to look for dress pants. I tried on a blazer over my dress to see if it fit. The sales associate (operator ID 6163DL) came over pretending to straighten a clothing rack and said, “You can’t try on clothes, our fitting rooms are closed.” I said, “Oh, okay. I apologize.” My friend said that there was a sign on the door stating the fitting rooms were closed—but why did it matter if I tried a blazer on OVER my dress? I asked if we were going to be able to try on shoes, to which she said yes. The sales associate was behind the counter talking on her cellphone as the other sales associate was playing games on his. It’s 2023 and fitting rooms are still closed? I call that laziness. I do not recommend this location if you want customer service, store organization, or basic human decency.

This location is the most hostile Rainbow I've ever visited. It's not just me, I brought a friend with me last year and she was LIVID...Every 6 months or so I forget how uncomfortable the environment is and visit again.They didn't glare at me much this time, and weren't rude at checkout. But I still need to carve out time to visit the Braddock store instead.

Apparently, the dressing room has been closed for 3 years, as quoted by the manager and you cant even try on a jacket. I wouldn't know that because I am not a frequent shopper, especially the Penn Hills location. The staff, including the manager, got extremely defensive when I asked if that was posted anywhere. It's a bad policy when you can't even try on a coat or jacket over the shirt you're wearing. Rainbow do better!

The selection of clothing is there. There are a lot to choose from. However, you can’t try on clothes. They blocked the fitting room and then I got scolded for trying on a jacket at the mirror.SN: when I got home to try on the clothes, I realized I never even got a receipt .

Came to the store today and it was clearly marked to close at 5 PM. They were closed well before (at least 20 minutes) . Multiple customers pulled up to find it closed early. The lights are on and there are workers inside. They didn't care.

I loved the selection but the customer service was terrible. This was my first time ever coming into a Rainbow because my best friend said I would love it, and even though I did, I've never been yelled at just for picking up a shirt while shopping and I just felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The lady who rang me out was horribly rude in general. I won't be back.
