“A nursing-friendly hidden gem!Urbana is a hidden gem that has quickly become my go-to destination for unique and affordable items. As a nursing mom, I am able to shop here and find things are both stylish and practical for nursing a baby, which is shockingly hard to find!I am always warmly greeted by Anna, who is just lovely! She somehow knows the right balance of leaving you alone to shop and also telling you about the uniqueness of the item that you are looking at. One brand she told me was a women-owned businesses and many of the other items are sourced from independent designers and brands all across the world! I have yet to find another boutique who has items that are as unique as Urbana!For nursing moms, this boutique is a treasure trove. There are a variety of clothing options that take into consideration the practicality of nursing. I have purchased all of the following types of things from Urbana: stretchy tops that I can pull aside to nurse, wrap dresses with easy-access fronts, button-down tops, and cleverly designed jumpsuits. It's wonderful to see a boutique that understands the unique needs of all types of women!”
“I went in for a new pair of work boots and they had a very excellent selection of work boots to choose from. The sales associate that helped me was extremely helpful and very patient with me. He answered every question that I had and went to the back room to get multiple boots for me to try without hesitation or irritation. He even had to go digging her boots that weren't on the shelves for me to try. I highly recommend this place just based on customer service I received.”

“What a great store! As an avid men’s clothing aficionado, I could spend all day in here. There are tons of high-quality clothes for amazingly low prices. I found a pair of pleated vintage wool Brook’s Brothers slacks that are impossible to find. Left with those and a pair of seersuckers. The owner is super-friendly and helpful…even after I knocked down an entire shelf of product *sad trumpet*. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!”

I stopped by today looking for a hat for a Kentucky Derby party and this was the place to come! They had an amazing selection and even pulled more things out of the back of the shop. Upon entering the shop you are immediately struck by the amazing selection of beautiful, unique items from yesteryear.Whether you're shopping for a summer dress, a hip leather jacket or a funky pair of sunglasses, you're probably going to leave with a new wardrobe of vintage goodies. Highway Robbery prices are very reasonable too - so why shop at boring everyday stores like Gap and H&M when you can shop here for less and leave with items no one in town will have? Lovely people ,Christine and George, have brought the south side of Pittsburgh worldly goods for almost 27 years I believe. They have a wide variety of incense I adore. I buy myself a pair of earrings every year for my birthday. The clothes will make you want to plan a vacation for yourself.So. “I absolutely love everything about this store. The fashion vibe is current, trendy, stylish, yet affordable. I've been in the store more recently then in the past and I'm in love with Francesca's!! What continues to draw me back though is Becky. Becky is always friendly and ready to be your personal shopper. She gives amazing advice and is quick to make suggestions that she thinks will enhance your look. I also appreciate her honest if she thinks an outfit may look better in another color or fit. People pay big money to have someone like Becky. When I'm there it's like I'm shopping with my best friend. The awesome thing is I've watched Becky in action and she is like this with each and every customer. I love her positive, happy, cheerful excitement for fashion. She can always tell you how and what to wear with it if you need suggestions. She takes one look and can tell you the vibe of the outfit. I stopped in looking for a new pair of runners ( tennis shoe ) and ended up finding some wonderful Under Armor shirts at a great price. “Pure Barre is an amazing challenging workout. Each class is different, using all these muscles I never knew I had. Barre focuses a lot on your core which is great because it’s something I tend to neglect when working out by myself or at home. The studio is super clean and cute inside. The teachers/staff are all very upbeat and welcoming, they make a point to remember your name, and they all are super helpful with any of the moves throughout the class.”

“I really liked this Hot Topic. They had an interesting selection, better than other locations I visited, but what stood out was the staff. They were really into their jobs and this one lady working there was awesome. She was talking with me about interesting horror genre stuff and I really got along with her, also she pointed out some neat vampire shirts to me. She told me about what the store was selling without being overly pushy about it, which I appreciate, unlike some other store's sales associates are at that mall. I don't remember what her name was but I really hope they promote her or something there, what a really cool person.”

“This place is beyond words. You can find brand new designer pants for $1. It is so well run by Betsy and the other other women who volunteer to keep this charitable shop open and packed with quality clothing, knickknacks, shoes, gloves, scarves; you name it and it is in the store. I have been shopping here since 2006 and I have saved so much money. One year I found a Burberry Suit for $10. Parking can get a little difficult so I would suggest stopping in on a Saturday. Thank you Ladies for making this place one of my favorite spots to shop.”
