“Well worth the trip! After seeing reviews I drove 3 hours from Upstate NY to drop off my Vanagon with Kevin and Brian (the train station within a block of shop makes this ideal). At drop off Kevin didn’t just take the keys and shoo me out. He took the time to discuss everything I wanted done. Brian sent pics, texts, and called daily to update me on how progress was going. At pick up Brian thoroughly went through everything. They know VWs. These guys care, something you don’t always get these days. “My fiance Victoria and I just bought a used 2015 Hyundai Elantra. Not even 2 months later the torque converter went and destroyed a few other main components of the transmission. We were referred to This shop by my uncle that owns his own automotive shop and said that Vince's is the only place he trusts sending his customers transmissions. We took his advice and called Vince's and they said to bring the car in Monday morning. We got the car towed to the shop and I wanna say that Lance from Vince's (the office guy) literally kept us updated the entire time the car was being worked on. He probably called us about every other day just to keep us in the loop. Which I thought was awesome. I have bad anxiety so that definitely helped. We just picked the car up today and it feels brand new. So I just wanna say thank you for the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and GREAT WORK. Explained everything to me that needed to get done and the severity of the issues. Didn't try to upsell me one bit. Even through in a drain plug for free because mine was stripped during the last oil change (at a different business). Overall excellent experience. Will be returning.”
