Explained everything to me that needed to get done and the severity of the issues. Didn't try to upsell me one bit. Even through in a drain plug for free because mine was stripped during the last oil change (at a different business). Overall excellent experience. Will be returning.”

“Well worth the trip! After seeing reviews I drove 3 hours from Upstate NY to drop off my Vanagon with Kevin and Brian (the train station within a block of shop makes this ideal). At drop off Kevin didn’t just take the keys and shoo me out. He took the time to discuss everything I wanted done. Brian sent pics, texts, and called daily to update me on how progress was going. At pick up Brian thoroughly went through everything. They know VWs. These guys care, something you don’t always get these days.
