They told me they would be able to look at it either that afternoon or next day. Within an hour of me getting home, they called and said my car was ready. Squirrel had got in and chewed wires. I have been going there for about 20 years, and have always found them to be efficient and reliable. I trust them.”

Logan was amazing at explaining everything and making the process as smooth as possible. All new spark plugs and ignition coils for a reasonable price and fixed quickly. At drop off Kevin didn’t just take the keys and shoo me out. He took the time to discuss everything I wanted done. Brian sent pics, texts, and called daily to update me on how progress was going. At pick up Brian thoroughly went through everything. They know VWs. These guys care, something you don’t always get these days.
