they will not ship my package and I dropped it off a long time ago. I can’t even get ahold of a real person on the phone it just sends me a robot who is useless.

Slowest USPS I've ever been in. Came in on a Monday at 11am to send a single package and I didn't leave until 11:30a because the line wasn't being dealt with fast enough.
