“This shop was my first time trying on wedding dresses so I was a little nervous going into the appointment. Nicole was the employee helping me and she was absolutely amazing! She explained the whole process to me and asked what I did and didn’t want. When I would try a dress on she focused on me and asked all the important questions, if I had any questions she would reassure me and show me how to change something to make me comfortable. Nicole was so sweet and gave us her full attention. The shop itself has such a variety of dresses and all other employees were so sweet. 5 star experience at all things bridal! I ended up saying yes to the dress here!!”

The customer service I experienced was also wonderful! I was able to try on my dress multiple times without an appointment and everyone I interacted with was happy to help me.
I ordered my dress about a year before my wedding date and it arrived five months after. They were kind enough to store my dress for me in the store until I began alterations with an outside seamstress. Then when alterations were completed, they stored my dress for another two months leading up to my wedding. They will also steam your dress for you for free the week of your wedding!”
