The customer service I experienced was also wonderful! I was able to try on my dress multiple times without an appointment and everyone I interacted with was happy to help me.
I ordered my dress about a year before my wedding date and it arrived five months after. They were kind enough to store my dress for me in the store until I began alterations with an outside seamstress. Then when alterations were completed, they stored my dress for another two months leading up to my wedding. They will also steam your dress for you for free the week of your wedding!”
