Bobby is very knowledgeable and has a true passion for what he does. He genuinely enjoys helping dogs and their owners, by teaching us how to lead and have a better relationship and bond with each other. He is very patient, and explains things very well. I learned so much and see the difference in not only myself with leading but with Ozzy responding to that as well! Truly grateful to Bobby for all his help!
