I called, went in to speak with Marg, and within fifteen minutes, my emergency was solved! The cards were created and printed in a few days. They were perfect, and the Bride was happy! So am I. “My UPS store from now on. The owner cares about his business and it shows. This is also the only UPS store that actually answers their phone and has a notary readily available. The other UPS stores in the area need to follow this model store. I travel past my old UPS store now just to go to town center for the service provided there.”
“Mike at Smith Prints was a complete liver saver! I needed 3 shirts, last minute for a presentation I was doing the next day - and came across his company on google. I gave him a call at 12:30 in the afternoon, day before the presentation and told him how the last company I ordered shirts with fell through with shipping. He was able to locate 3 shirts in his office (usually shirts have to be shipped to a screenprinter before the order gets worked on), but he took the time to check around in his office for these shirts to print my design on! He was very clear with his communication and kept me in the loop throughout the day. A designer of his got sick and left early, and he called me to let me know - honesty and open communication was of the utmost importance at the last hour for me since I was let down by the other vendor. BUT STILL, with a designer sick, he was able to come through and print 3 amazing shirts for me - that I was able to pick up at his company that night. The shirts were a HUGE HIT and the pricing, for the service I received was SO REASONABLE! On behalf of me and the 2 other people who received these shirts, I can't be thankful enough for your honesty, open communication, dedication and of last but not least - delivering an amazing product with great quality! The service and professionalism is top notch at Smith prints - I would 100% recommend them, and also keep them in mind for the future - thank you SO much!!”

All three went above and beyond in getting us set up as well as upgrading another laptop for me from Windows 7 to Windows 10. These people are wonderful ambassadors for Staples. We will never go anywhere else for our computer needs. I highly recommend this Staples store.”

“One thing I like about this Staples is that the employees here are passionate about their work. I have a post office box here and I come in and I feel like I have my own office and workers to boot. They have great products and didn't realize that they also kind of compete with Best Buy as far as gaming and entertainment. I didn't know that! And the chair sale that's going on right now is incredible along with... Check this out! They have a three-year maintenance plan on your chair, so if anything happens to it, they will repair it. That is incredible! This Staples is also in a great plaza where you have places like Target, Chick-fil-A Planet Fitness and so much more. Perfectly centralized.Oh, and they also have an Amazon locker (BUONO) there! You just click on the Amazon message, text message from your phone; it takes you to instructions to open the locker. The locker opens, you get your goods, and you close the locker and go! Easy Peezy!Lol! I saw a lady in front of me go through that very experience and she was just so giddy with laughter on how it was so efficient and easy to get her package.”
