I had a billing issue with my credit card that had absolutely nothing to do with Ed’s business. But, Ed went out of his way to contact a credit card processing center, on my behalf, to take of my issue, which again, had nothing to do with Ed, his business or anything else pertaining to my issue. I consider, what he did for me, to be outstanding integrity and helping out a complete stranger.
