“I do appreciate Walmart Pharmacy for vaccines and prescription service. However, I found a discrepancy with my Metformin refill (first time but it appears concerning to me). My Metformin was 850 mg daily, but was changed to 1000 mg daily several months ago. The prescription was due for refill shortly and i received a text it was ready. I picked up the prescription - did not check it. When the last pills were about done, I got the new refills out. The pills were physically different. I looked at the bottle label and found it wasn't the new 1000mg tablets, it was the old prescription for 850mg. I caught the error, called the Pharmacy and was told it was INCORRECT! THE TECH TOLD ME THAT THE OLD PRESCRIPTION WAS NOT STOPPED, AND THE SYSTEM REFILLED THE OLD ONE NOT THE CURRENT ONE. THIS COULD REALLY HURT SOMEONE. A NEW SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED. BUT, ISN'T THE PHARMACIST TO CHECK THIS?”

“I love my CVS store! I am in there weekly for the great deals and get all my prescriptions filled there. I save lots of money and who doesn’t like to save money in today’s economy? The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The store is always clean and everything is so easy to find…..I give it 5 stars!!!”
“The pharmacist is excellent. My suggestion is that when they have a long line (with senior citizens waiting) that they rotate a second pharmacy tech to the registers to expedite service. The last time I was in, they seemed to be moving people better. (I wish I could use the Rx delivery service, but I have refrigerated meds).”
