They usually have a decent selection, but the prices have gotten outrageous. Last time I was there they had ratty looking sneakers priced at $25-$30 (I assume because they were Adidas). There were also multiple stained/faded dresses priced at $20-$30 because they were brand names. I even found a jumpsuit that was $45. Absolutely disgusting for a thrift store to be charging this much. Save your time and go somewhere like TJ Maxx or Target.

No prices on merchandise and when asked "Supervisor" Daisy was told no pricers work on Sunday and Monday. Why would you give these workers all the same day??? Poor management for sure. What a waste of time!

They got rid of the dressing rooms, but they only offer exchanges. I think a place like a thrift store should allow you to return for store credit or a store giftcard, because you may go back that day to make a return and cant find anything you like to exchange it with. You only get 14 days to make the return so you will have to keep checking back to see if there is something you would like to make an exchange for.

Used to love coming here and getting good deals. The prices have gone up tremendously on everything! They used to have better deals with the color tag discounts which now are irrelevant because they don’t offer the inventory option to match. They’ve removed the dressing rooms and only offer exchanges, fine. I couldn’t find anything I liked so I went to their other site and the woman gave me zero issues with the receipt being from their other store and didn’t bother me about it. Again the clothing didn’t fit. I return to the Franklin Mills store and that manager refused to exchange due to the purchase from another store?? Zero interest for the customer and I had a few large items in my cart. It’s the same guy who ignores people on his phone in another review.

I think this says it all. It’s a disgrace. I enjoy thrifting to reduce the amount of waste I create Some people NEED these places and your greed is repulsive.

This place is hot or miss. I mainly shop here for books, CD's and DVD's/BluRay's. Sometimes they have what you want, sometimes they don't. Prices are decent and the place is usually clean and well-stocked.

Love this store!!!! But when I walk in and spend about 45 mins looking around. Finally when i see something that interests me behind the counter i asked the guy behind the counter can i see an item. He was too busy texting on his phone. With his back turned to the customers I said something again and he said wait!!!!!! Abruptly and very rude.

I’ve gotten some good deals here in the past. But the prices are too high for second hand, and today the women at the front told me I couldn’t buy something because “there are no pricers here.” What?! It’s a thrift shop….and it was a Mudd jacket. Not exactly high end stuff we’re talking about….

This was the best place to shop for used clothes, until the covid hit and I guess it hit there mind as well, because prices are ridiculous!!!!!! Hellooooo this is donated clothes and it's given to you so people that are struggling financially can afford to buy items that they can't in other retail stores!!!!!!! Be real and your employees stop being rude be thankful for an opportunity of having a job!!!!!! Someone needs to talk to management because I rather buy a brand new item at Marshalls for the same price of a used one.

Don't go there, everything is overpriced! You can add $2 and buy a new clothes in local TJmaxx, Marshals, Old Navy, GAP, Walmart. The fitting rooms are closed with exchange policy 14 days. What kind retail store you are without fitting room? How I can buy jeans, skirt, or dress without trying it on?They have FAKE Sale 50% of the tag. You won't find the SALE tag, it's gone.Such a disappointment.

It’s clean and well organized but overpriced. They don’t run color of the week tag sales like other thrift stores. There were a lot of families with children, I suppose that’s because of the large children’s section. I would skip everything but the books. They had a good book section. It’s all self checkout but they have multiple security guards that watch you like hawks. I think I caught the attention of one because I was taking photos for this review.

Love this place I go and will go all the time. However questionable prices(only shop women’s btw)… a really nice shirt will be 5 bucks and a hideous one will be 12 lol. Will still shop here regularly:)

The movies and CDs are all 3$ 11 of them cost 33$ plus 3$ tax. The points always expire and before I have a chance to go there I finally do have time a month to 3month later and my rewards is gone. I didn't even get to use my 10% off. They always tell me I get that next time. I feel bamboozled outta my money here. This ain't no thrift store. This is a second hand store. Everything used for good will prices or even more. Man I'm outta here..................
