Imagine walking into a hardware or improvement store and always having assistance and knowledge immediately available instead of wondering around and hoping someone will not only help you but know what they are talking about.
That’s exactly what Blaise and the team at 3rd St Hardware serve up every time we are in a pinch to complete a project or need suggestions on how to tackle a new one.
Since joining the neighborhood, we have been so grateful this shop exists and we aren’t relegated to only a big-box experience.

I was riding my bike and my pedal broke. I saw there was a certain bolt/screw missing. The young man at the ACE store came out to assess my bike and then found the exact part it needed and fixed the pedal for me. He was so nice and helpful!! thank you very much.

Rep knew exactly what I needed & what I needed it for before I said what it was. Lol
Location is convenient. Huge selection of all types of items. Parking is a disaster. Only downside.

I stopped in today to just look around then realized I needed lightbulbs! I asked the employee some questions and they helped me find the right ones. The employee was super friendly and knowledgeable. The best part is my lighting issue truly was old lightbulbs and not an electrical issue!

Staff is really rude for no reason. I worked retail so make an effort to be cordial and polite in these situations. I asked why something I was buying was not eligible for returns and was barked at "we're not a tool library". Good luck against Amazon!
