The employees here really like advertising various deals and then refusing to honor them and will even argue with the customer about it. I've experienced this twice personally and witnessed them do it to another person as well. Stopped going here for months because of it and came back for it to happen again. Expect to pay the full retail price for something you buy here.

They refuse to honor the promotions they hang up all over the store, then argue with you about it. Rude staff constantly rips everyone off. I've witnessed more than one argument between customers and staff about it.

the employees are soft man children who are angry they work at a convenience store in their late lives. do not anger them or they will group up and try to bully you to get some sort of satisfaction in their disappointing lives

They have a bathroom but they DO NOT let clients use it, I saw how a lady with two (2) girls in trouble was not allowed to use it and then I asked her why they don't let them use the bathroom and they told me why NO, I just kept it simple.

Started going to this location almost 14 years ago. Was always a meh experience but idk if they have had ownership change or management change within the last year but it’s been so much better since.

Kash the manager sucks . Was quick to upsell me but couldn’t take a cash payment . Kept saying there limit is 300 . I thought all money was good money .

***CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE***I visited this 7 Eleven on 3/3/24 and “William” was the cashier who checked me out. William charged me double for an item purposefully. When I caught this by checking the monitor, William said charging me double was just “a joke”. So, I’m warning everyone to CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!

The staff members were so rude and offensive when they asked inappropriately of my son if he has put some candy in his pocket because they had suspection and pre-judgement by seeing the cameras. I mentioned that I am a physician and my son never has done such a thing before,but they were insisting to show me their records when my son touched something and put it back there. They finally found it was judgemental and inappropriate behavior but they ruined my day feeling to be bullied. I never go back there.

My daughter 5 years old refuses to let her use the bathroom saying they don’t have public restrooms she had to do it on her self this is usa not india chaine of 7 eleven they dont have public bathroom i will escalate it

When I first begin going here 3-4 years ago this store was great and the workers where awesome and never botherd anyone and was very nice. When they got the new owners recently they are very rude and they are disrespectful its only one worker there that isnt disrewspectful. they give you the stink eye look and all the only reason why i am giving them three stars is because of thge old workers and not these new ones.
