Unfortunately this service has really gone downhill. We have been members for years and have always been satisfied with the service but when I called today for a tow the communication was awful. I called at 1 pm to be towed out of a parking lot with a flat tire - the parking lot just happened to be closest place to park from where my tire blew and also just happened to be a tiny, CLOSED service station. The dispatcher said they had to get permission from the service station owner to tow off the property. I offered to move the car to the street if that was an issue but per the dispatcher they would go ahead and send someone out - 2 to 3 hour wait time. Ok, fine, waited the 3 hours and when that passed, called back and was told they had to get a hold of the service station owner! I explained AGAIN that the place was closed and that I could easily move the car to the street if it is an issue. Dispatcher put me on hold to “consult her lead” and kept me on hold for 15 minutes, during which time I moved the car to the street and my husband put in another call. I disconnected the first call and once the second dispatch had the things going. Then the first dispatcher called back and said it would be ANOTHER 2-3 hours! …Bringing the time to 8:00 pm - at this point the dealership I am having it towed to is closed. My car could have been fixed today had this been anything like a reasonable response by AAA. Absolutely dismal experience.

AAA is the Best I ever had..Such a nice young man came to help take my keys out of my locked car.He was friendly nice and got the keys out fast.I had a great day and I hope the nice young man and everyone at AAA did also.

Horrible place. The dispatchers treat drivers like trash, ETA's are never consistent, trucks are dirty and smell horrible, plus they'll damage your property and try to give you the run around on how it's your fault

I had an interview at this place. It's supposed to be a very good place to work for, however someone forgot to mention if you missed SEPTA going you have to walk over 10 plus blocks to get to the place and then there's a lot of Highway around you, you have to duck and Dodge to keep safe just to get there all this for an interview. A car would definitely be more reasonable to get there unless you know the bus schedules.

Our car broke down and needed a tow. AAA got there in timely manner but the main reason for this review was the outstanding service Reginald Blackshear, the tow truck driver provided. His service was outstanding. Explained the process and was really genuine said he’d treat our vehicle as if it was his and he did. I want to compliment AAA training because this has been another great experience during a frustrating break down. I work around trucks for a living and wanted to point out Reginald takes care of his truck and that is huge win for any fleet company. Thanks again.

They don't honor their battery warranty. They sell a premium battery that has a free 3 year replacement, but if you don't have the receipt they will not honor the warranty even though the battery is clearly marked with the date of manufacture on it. Why bother marking the date on the battery if you aren't going to stand behind your product? Very disappointing. It's not like you sell it at a discounted rate for your "Customer's". You can buy a battery ANYWHERE for $170.00.
