The delivery drivers show up with my order and told me the couch would not fit through my doorway said that they measured my stairway leading up to my apartment. Then proceeded to tell the store they would not be able to take the chest drawer up the spiral stairs either because it was unsafe. When I asked him to prove the measurements he called the store to complain leaving the customer upstairs waiting. Then after all that told me he could deliver the bed. When I called the store both the sales rep and sales manager confirmed that they were instructed to not take the furniture upstairs if they felt it was unsafe. First of all you are a furniture store lazy. How many of us in our lifetime have carried furniture upstairs many I assume. Second I will even understand the couch but the chest drawer. Come on you could not take the drawers out and carry it. What a load of bull. Then when I called the store both the sales manager and the sales associate were already on the defensive ready to go to bat for the two lazy delivery guys. Get this they proceeded to tell me that the delivery guys had damaged the very same set of everything I presume. And that’s why they could not deliver the furniture. So if this is a sign of professionalism my suggestion is go anywhere else but here. Save yourself the headache and time wasted. As well as the customer service that was offered. Neither one of these individuals belong in any customer service industry. And the delivery guys should also fine another line of work. If I had not been a longtime customer I wouldn’t even waste my time. But I was in shock by the overall experience I received from this store. Shameful

This company has been threatening me and harassing me for almost a year now. I plan on getting a restraining order and filling a complaint with the police department. If there are any lawyers out there who can help please contact me. I don't even have an account with this company and yet they are constantly harassing me and my family. My disabled son is scared that they were going to break our door down. After breaking the glass in the door.

I bought a fridge back in June…was done—broke, by July!! Okay bam…got BRAND NEW FRIDGE delivered. I ALWAYS do my payment every week, over the phone and I used to speak with James….now all of a sudden James isn’t gonna be there “for awhile”……my thing is, if you’re the MANAGER and you happen to answer when I call to make my payment, why can’t you take the payment if I’m paying with a different card that’s not on file?!? This store lacks good management and they’re very disorganized. I forgot to mention when the delivery guys finally showed up with the new fridge to replace the first one, they didn’t even put one of the doors on correctly and it closes funny. But I’m not gonna bother to call for that. But please…. RE-TRAIN the management of this store. And also, they’re very rude when they answer —IF they answer, and then leave you on hold forever. My thing is, does NOBODY get to work like 15 minutes ahead of time anymore? I guess if you open at 10, you don’t bother to show up until 10 at this store. Nobody has ever answered if I have called even one minute before 10.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. Iv rented from the several times paid off everything. I was late on a payment they will literally harass you and your references on the phone. I bought a couch 2 years ago finally paid them off and still sent someone to my door I was extremely upset. Assuming they had some sort of miscommunication but who shows up at someone's house 9pm at night. Worst place to ever rent from last time for me.

I wish I could give zero 0 stars, I bought furniture from here and it was broken during there delivery. The furniture was fixed multiple times and the final time they were supposed to fix it the repair person told us he has to wait for Aaron's for an approval. Waited weeks for the approval and that never came. So I had Aaron's pick up the furniture and take back the junk they sold.

I've been an Aaron's customer for year's. Everything in my house was from Aaron's, I love all the employees and their manager are kind, cordial and they are very attentive to my every needs. I moved to Puerto Rico ?? and I'm still getting my service from them, though I've had some problems with my automated payments from time to time, they alway make sure to correct the problem. This is not something they can't help. If the computers are down you just have to have a bit of patience until the problem is corrected, when that happened I give them a call and make my payment over the phone. No big deal.. I know that no matter what I need they will always find the way to make me happy. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars ? because they are my super heroes. ?

There computer system is a mess it's always moving slow won't take my auto pay on time charging me incorrectly its really upsetting! I'm sick of calling them every month there is always a issue the employees are pleasant but from my experience with Aarons I will never shop there again

They call everyone you know over a late payment yet won’t answer the phone when you call. I agreed to pay a late fee and told them a payment date which I always honor we are never more than a week late. So why do they still call everyone I know every day about it? I’ve never been harassed by a business like this in my life it is absolutely ridiculous. Especially during a pandemic when everyone has fallen on rough times and they act like this. Take your business elsewhere.
