I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for them to pick up a sofa I no longer need. And they keep saying they will be here and never show. At this point I feel they just want to charge me another month. Meanwhile if your card is declined they want to harass you all day., they’re always available for that. Please come get your merchandise!!!
UPDATE!!!! Now 3 weeks later. They picked up the sofa 2 weeks ago. A few days after my initial review because I kept bugging them. And now they have continued to charge me for something I don’t have. Lady said she will process payment back to me. Supposedly did it while I was on the phone. But I decided to call corporate and they said payment was never issued back. That the sofa is still on my account as If I still have it. This store sucks. Be careful before renting here

The girl at the store started to make fun of me because I rent a room in someone’s home, she said that they don’t rent things to people who rent rooms because there income doesn’t usually meet the requirements, I make $7,500 a month and my credit is poor because I had a stroke and was out of work for over 3 years, how dare her Puerto Rican ass judge me by where I live.

Ordered sofas and agreed to wait till next day for delivery and no show or call so maybe understandable but another day of waiting and the manager never called us back. Workers in this location don't care... really disappointed. Not even a courtesy call. And I'm 5 minutes away from the store.

I been having a issue with a pick for more than a month calling them to pick up my bedroom set and they never show up they keep lying that they on the road I wait and they never show up I just called again for them to pick it up today because I be home all day to finish packing the store manager call me a liar and cursed me out and said they not coming and is my problem I'm moving out of state and not able to take it. .she is very unprofessional and don't even let you speak I need someone to come get this asap my last day here will be Thursday so I need something done right away I'm not calling that store again is ridiculous and is not the first time they talk to me like that this sire is in aramingo ave philadelphia

The only reason why it gets one star is because I wanted to make a review and that's the only way I could. I would not recommend anyone to get anything from here. They are unprofessional. I've been having an issue with my queen platinum bed all week and I was told everyday last week they would be coming out to fix and they didn't get to me until Friday. Then when they came to add my slates on the bed (5 thin pieces of wood on a queen size platinum bed) me and my baby went to sleep on it and within a couple hours one of them broke. I took a picture and went into the store the next day and was told oh you probably need a metal one and we have them for 150.
I'm on the verge of sending this stuff back and going to rent a center. I got a queen size platform bedset from them previously and had no issues, none of them broke and it was way more them 5 pieces of wood

I had multiple leases, at this store specifically and they were always nice and courteous when I needed help or to change the calendar date for my auto payments. That’s until there was an issue with my online payments not getting to their personal computer screen fast enough and their LADY manager got super rude with me and sending her workers to harass me to my house, parked outside my house watching me, trying to forcibly get into my house, had my daughters scared for their life and all. Unfortunately I had to show them that I also can act unprofessional, hood and ratchet like them. Not going to lie, I was happy to receive the letter that she was replaced, maybe now I’ll consider starting another lease lol.

The worst service ever. I got leather furniture from them that started to bubble. Called them for service and it cant be fixed so i want to return it. They have been playing games for over a month now. Cant get the manager on the phone. I have to call their corporate office to get the issue resolved. Not a happy customer.

Very unprofessional. The worse store ever. Whoever the lady is that answers the phone always puts you on hold and never comes back to pick up. They delivered to the wrong address when I specially went into the store on two occasions to update it. I will never get anything from here again and I advise people to stay away also!

Customer service is trash , they hang up on you when they get irritated over simple questions , they also lack empathy for the customers issues by rushing you or just being rude. They couldn’t even help me with my basic questions about a ps5. Don’t bother getting anything repaired here.

Horrible!! I have waited for 2 weeks for a delivery day, and the day came and went with a no show,after waiting the entire day. Called 3 times, and was assured that my items were going to be delivered.with out a phone call explaining or anything,a day wasted.
