Update! They came again the my house and harrassed MY MOTHER! We told you time and time again YOU HAVE THE WRONG HOUSE!!! The MAN almost barged into my home with my MOTHER (who is OLDER) ALONE AT HOME!!! We told you time and time again and you KEEP HARRASSING US! Next time we will call the police and have you arrested for trespassing!ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! YOU HARRASSED MY MOTHER!!!!!!! YOU HARRASSED MY MOTHER OVER THE PHONE!!! you will be talking to our lawyer. If we see you on our property one more time then YOU will see us in court.

The managers and workers at Aaron’s they have no customer service skills they do not know how to talk to people they talk to people like people are their kids especially the manager by the name of Chuck I think that the general manager or the regional manager should fire everybody from that Aaron Stor over there at 565 Adams Ave, Store #C1468 these people need to realize that they are dealing with customers not their kids. The experience that I have with them is very very very out of pocket, so I would not recommend the dead come from the grave and go to that store at Adams Avenue, because they need professional training, I do not know if when the owner or the regional manager or the district manager train them. If that’s the type of training they get to deal with people like people is trash like you are nobody. They wanna shout at you on the phone. talk to you any anyhow, they are very disrespectful and I believe the regional manager and the district manager need to come into that store , 565 Adams Ave. Stor number C1468 And have a serious meeting with these people or give them sum retraining, but right now it’s very terrible……..

This place has Caused so much stress in my life while having an account with them. They have threatened to take my furniture, they took money out of my account on authorized, and the staff members are so disrespectful and verbally aggressive. Do not buy furniture from them.

I have never been to this store. However, someone who used to have my number stopped making payments. As a result, I have been receiving harrasing phone calls almost every day, around 6 am, usually filled with lots of profanity and slurs. I live on the west coast, and have never been to Philadelphia, but the people I have spoken with have assured me they will keep harrasing me. I have contacted the better business bureau, who have started an investigation. I would caution anyone from working with these people, as they profoundly rude.

Store C1468 - 565 Adams Ave Unit 24, Philadelphia PA19120. Should upgrade their customer service/support and have BETTER Delivery options for those that actually have an actual job and able to pay for their furniture. Super disappointed and expected better!

Amanda is HORRIBLE. She has an attitude problem and barely helped. I was interested in getting help and Samarah started to help me and Amanda was on her back like a hawk mumbling. If you aren’t going to step up and come to me first do NOT interfere with me and another co worker who actually showed she was happy and willing to help. Never giving Amanda commission she doesn’t deserve it. Not a recent encounter but finally got the time to comment my review. 5 stars for Samarah, 0 for Amanda if it was possible.

This is the worst place to order your furniture from or anything at This store. The store manager will harass you until you finish paying off your furniture every month. They do not have any compassion or understanding of any situation especially if you was ever admitted into a hospital for several weeks due to Covid-19 and was out of work. Management 0/5Product pricing 3/5Customer service 0/5Wonderful line up of products I recently got a refrigerator from here and it’s been a bit annoying using the app and online service are not accurate Two different bill dates, which leads to harassment by the store . I’m locked in a 12 month lease paid 8/12 payments on time the 9th payment I struggled with not even a day later Aaron’s are outside my house to pick up the fridge , when I tell you horrible I mean horrible it’s like a running scam it’s no way business should be ran like this

Worst store ever. They came up with 3 different delivery dates and still didn’t get the item I ordered, the manager is even worst with a team or people that demonstrate poor communication. I don’t recommend coming here, spend your money with another business instead like Rent A Center. Will never use again!!!! Buyer beware
