The lady at the counter was very helpful and respectful. She also made my check cashing experience take less than 3 minutes once I arrived at the window. If I ever have to go cash a check again I will definitely go their!!!

Tamika helped me at 7:58pm and in no way is this a post suggestive of abusing customer service workers in their final minutes! This woman took care of me with quick due diligence, and the best demeanor especially towards someone who never been to her location, let alone a check cashing facility. I was more than happy, surprised actually, to receive such a gracious attitude towards me. I would've fully understood if she wanted to be outwardly unhappy with me as I come from years of customer service, and hers was impeccable, and that of something that others in that position should be so apt to have that response in their final minutes. I got what I needed and questions answered with no hesitation. I’m grateful and really happy to have had her as I was already mad at myself for coming in basically at their closing time but was over joyed with the service I received. Thank you again Tamika! I will never come in that close to your closing! Thank you again and again and again, if there were more stars you’d have them and deserve them!

Thank you to Devon for his speedy and accurate service! Was trying to cash a check all weekend with no success. I called the Pratt St. store and Devon ensured me that it would be a successful process. I went in, and it was! He definitely deserves a raise!!

I went to Ace Cash Express at 1548 Pratt Street in Philly after 3:30p. This location was extremely busy with over 10 people waiting to be served. This location had one employee working today. This woman maintained her composure while some people were being rude. Your company is lucky to have her !

I waited a while for a check verification but the cashier was super nice and we shared conversations. She was respectful and polite. I just don't agree with people comimg in just to hang around especially when you're receiving money, that's dangerous. But all in all, nice place.
