I have bought and sold items to these stores a couple time during the last few years. I have recently had the worst experience trying to resell a Vetements x Champion hoodie I purchase from them back in 2020 for around $250. Since I started losing weight and cleaning my closet I decided to put some items on eBay and Grailed and was just told they are missing tags, cannot be authenticated and on top of that calling it fake and suspending both my pages!!!! I bet if I go there now (with an appt. Ofc) they may not even want to buy it or prob offer me less than $80. So please be careful buying here, check for tags etc. I really thought they authenticated stuff unlike South’s Streets Bella Boutique which also sold me fake LV wallet!!! Be careful buying any luxury items from any of these “luxury ” boutiques**not even 2nd Street store would take this hoodie either by the way because it’s missing tags

I really hate to leave a negative review about a small business but I had the strangest shopping experience here today. The woman working was extremely uninviting and made every customer who walked in feel uncomfortable. Kept oddly reminding everyone that the website states it’s appointment only… we’re just walking by and shopping in the area, we didn’t check the website for the store rules. Another customer asked for a shoe size and she said “it’s a size 39, that’s also listed on the website.” Overall just an odd experience and we ended up leaving because of the atmosphere the sales associate created.

I have purchased 2 bags from here so far- LV and Tory Burch. Highly recommend this establishment. Fast response and excellent customer service. Check out their Instagram for updated items. Did I mention reasonably priced for their high end items? I will be buying from them again. Thanks again for the Free shipping on my recent purchase.

I have stopped in this boutique 3 separate times as I live in the neighborhood. Each time I had hoped it would be better than the last experience as I think their items are cute, however the woman working the store has made each visit worst than the last. She is unwelcoming, cold, and makes you feel very uncomfortable. I picked out a skirt to try on during my last visit and she did not offer to set it aside in the dressing room. I went ahead and put the item in the dressing room myself, and she proceeded to remove it from the dressing room. Overall, the sales woman makes me never want to buy anything from this boutique despite their nice selection. I would recommend the owner look to higher someone more suitable for a customer facing position. I will not be returning for a fourth visit.

Great selection of wonderful designer apparel, shoes, bags, wallets, accessories as well as jewelry. Very helpful and attentive sales staff. Well displayed and easy to look through. They post on Instagram which helps me find special items and not miss out on great finds.

My 4 girlfriends and I stopped in here this Saturday after making candles at the nearby Wax and Wine. The moment we walked in the sales woman looked each of us up and down. She didn't bother to ask if we needed help and each time someone would ask a question it seemed like a chore for her to answer. After about 10 minutes I stopped looking and sat down on a ledge near the door waiting for my friends to finish looking around. The lady looks at me and says "Can you scoot over? You are too close to the door." As I began to move over, a nail (!!) that was sticking up from the bench caught my jeans and ripped them - creating a 3 inch hole. The sales lady looks at me and didn't even say a word. A simple "Sorry" would have given this place a 2 star rather than a 1. Luckily I had my Tetnus shot earlier this year...Take your business some place else.

Addiction is a cute little consignment boutique nestled right in the heart of Antique Row. What a genius idea to combine artfully selected jewelry, accessories, clothing, and shoes along with expert makeup services! While I can't speak to the quality of the makeup, whenever I stop by to browse, I am always greeted warmly by shop owner and makeup artist Joelle, who is pleasant to chat with and is so knowledgeable about everything for sale! Stuck without an outfit or a fresh face for a night out? Addiction Studio is the place to go!

Thank you Addiction Studios! I ran over here in the rain, and the store had just closed. But the sales rep was so gracious to let me in. There was so much good stuff. I got a blazer quickly because it was raining and got chilly outside really quickly. I will come back next time during normal business hours. Everything was so cute!!

I don't live in the area, so it's always a special treat to go consignment shopping when I visit Philly. This store has clothes, shoes, and bags in amazing condition. Most of it looks like it's only been worn once. The prices are a bit high for Philly. More like the pricing in San Francisco for designer consignment. That said, I am still dreaming about a beautiful, black Prada dress I tried on. Exactly my size, and so well made-ah, that's why the premium designers command the big dollars. As I had no need for yet another sleeveless, black dress, I let it go, especially because of the $250 price tag. However, next time I'm back in town, this will be one of my required stops.
