Would give a 3.5 because individual managers or employees should not represent the whole of the company. And, while it may be last minute, a closing time is just that. Not 10 minutes prior. Hours are listed for customers, not employees. As one with managerial experience myself, I'm very familiar with this. If you close 10 or more minutes prior to what's listed, that should be communicated to employees.
Other than that, store has good, affordable collection, tho they occasionally leave spoiled goods out and things can fall into disarray due to staffing issues. In this economic climate, it's a great value

There was no sign nor they didnāt advise anyone there was No bags to buy. I asked the rude cashier if they had any bags for sale the rude cashier said No then asked the question if I wanted to void the transaction. I believe thatās really rude it should have been addressed advertised on the door as you come in or someone telling the costumer thereās no bags. Carrying groceries in your hand as you walk isnāt fun nor particle. She should be fired.

Seems to always be long lines,with usually only 1 maybe 2 cashier's working!! Seems to always have food in the aisles to be put away, with absolutely no regards for the customer!! Absolutely no customer service whatsoever!! No bathroom for the customer to use! Their hours are not customer focused either!! They don't open until 9:00 am & close at 8:00 pm!!
