AMC Broadstreet 7 is a movie theater where guests have had generally positive experiences. The theaters are clean and the staff is friendly, laid back, and hospitable. The recliner seating is a noted highlight, with comfortable seats that recline, which many appreciate. Features include reserved seating and RealD 3D. The restrooms are also reported as nice, big, and clean. Guests find ordering tickets online to be quick, easy, and convenient. The location also has a MacGuffins bar and a parking lot. Some drawbacks were mentioned. The theater requires walking upstairs to access the screens, as there is no elevator or escalator, which could be an issue for people with mobility issues like those using walkers, canes, or wheelchairs. Sound insulation between theaters can be poor, so it is possible to hear the movie from the next theater over. On one occasion, a theater lacked air conditioning, though it was still comfortable. Popcorn and concessions are considered high in price. While many feel safe and have a good time, one guest reported a scary experience involving an altercation with other guests, describing the place as too small and stating they would not return.
Disorganized and poorly managed! The people who work here do not care at all. Word of warning.

First time there. Great staff. Horrible parking. There's a lot behind the theater where you're instructed to park. It is one that you have to pay for parking. The machine to receive your parking pass does not work, and the only available phone number to call is for the towing company.
