I HAD A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE AT AMERICAN HERITAGE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION (2100 BLOCK ). I BELIEVED THAT I WAS TREATED VERY QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. THEY EVEN BROUGHT IN ANOTHER REP TO ASSIST WITH MY TRANSACTION. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND SATISFIED WITH THEIR ATTENTIVENESS TO MY BUSINESS.

American Heritage is an awesome bank to be a part of. They are very patient and knowledgeable of all the services that they offer. The kindness that they display is wonderful. I don’t how to work the machine well, however they took the time to show me as an older person whom is not Tech friendly. I was with a smaller Credit Union that did not offer a lot of services that American Heritage does. We are happy that they evening have a service for kids-a savings account. I am happy and delighted to see the person attention that I get when I walk in the door. I feel very comfortable and the customer service representative are very knowledgeable. Thank you all for doing a good job and meeting tge needs of the people.

I had a great experience as a new customer at American Heritage Credit Union. The staff was courteous and the wait time to see a banker was less than 1 mintue. I enjoyed recieving the bag and giveaways. I was shocked to learn there were no tellers,there are ATM like machines that have tellers via video....impressive.

American Heritage, Market Street, is one of the most influential banks in the center city of Philadelphia. Its staff members are very respectful and encourage customers regardless of race ethnicity or color.A bank whose staff members are very smart in solving critical issues of their customers. It also promotes their business by giving them loans and credit cards. I am one of those who have benefited from its loans and credits.

My experience was Great, I was helped by Mifflin Holden who I must say, was the most patient, considering, knowledgeable bank advisor I have ever met. He assisted in getting me my debit card, he apologized for what I went through with the other telephone advisors. After visiting the Market Street branch, Mifflin made me feel glad I picked this credit union for my banking needs.

They never have real people working behind the counter unless you know them personally. I have been there plenty of times when the teller machines had a long line and no one who works there came to help. There should always be at least one real person teller working at all times. This is the only place that handles money where there is hardly any real person tellers working.

I used to like banking here when they had in-person tellers. Now at this location they only have 2 "live teller machines" where you talk to someone through a video camera. It takes forever, the line moves painfully slow, and when you finally get to the machine, it tells you "all tellers are currently busy" and you wait there for longer. The machines are a pain to navigate, especially for elderly people or people with impaired vision or hearing. So if you have to bank here, plan on waiting 30 minutes in line and then waiting longer, then having a weird, dysfunctional, alienating experience talking to someone through a screen. I guess they've cut down on staffing, and it makes for a distopian, Kafkaesque experience.

Unless you get lucky, odds are your teller or whoever helps you doesnt care why youre there, and wants you to leave them alone as quick as possible. Cant rate this bank low enough, id do negative 3 stars.
