I was able to get the phone I wanted thanks to the GM Tony at 3236 Red Lion road. He went over and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. I can't thank him enough for the effort and care that he put into my visit there. After countless calls to stores all over the city including New Jersey no one had the phone I wanted but he didn't let that stop him. He finally ended up locating another store outside the city that did have it. Tony then made the arrangements to go there himself and brought it back to the store for me the same day. He also stayed on the phone with First net to handle adding the phone to my account after multiple errors on First Net website kept happening. Tony fixed my bill that was done in error at another location while he was at it. Overall awesome customer service I couldn't have had any better experience than what I received. And might I add he did stay longer after his shift to finish everything.So thank you Tony for everything! Wish there were more genuine hard working individuals such as yourself in the world. Continue to be awesome.Best regards

Went into this store today and dealt with the assistant manager Natalie Bowers. She was a pleasure to deal with and handled my situation in minutes versus the last store I went to , with the exactsame problem and that guy had me there for a half hour and didn't accomplish anything. Worth your time to go visit Natalie at this branch!! She is a breath of fresh air!

I would like to say a huge thanks to an employee at this location .Her name is Natalie .I came to a store with a huge problem with my service , and she did everything she possible could to solve the problem and solved it :))I went to 2 other stores before , and spend 12 hours on a phone and nobody could not help me.But Natalie is the best ?Thank you so much for your hard work.

I have been an AT&T Mobil customer for years. It’s all too often that I have a bad experience with team members (usually over the phone) so today I decided to go into the store. Let me tell you it was a treat! Thank you so much Tony Carraccio for your excellent customer service and your willingness to help me with my issue. I will now visit your store with any issues, upgrades, etc. Great experience.

The staff at this location is very impressive! From the very moment that I walked in I was greeted with smiles and hospitality. I immediately felt welcomed and all 100 of my questions were answered without any noticeable frustration! The staff is very professional, the environment is very clean and it's an overall great presentation! I HIGHLY recommend them and I couldn't be any happier! I'd like to extend a very big Thank You to the entire staff!

Tony was the absolute best! My husband and I have never experienced a more dedicated person who went far over the top! He came in on his day off to resolve an issue! No one in today's world can hold a candle to him. His work ethic and professionalism is impeccable!! I will recommend this store at Academy plaza and ask for Tony!! What a great experience!

I would not advise anyone to deal with this store, nor with the provider itself. I was deceived by the workers when I signed a service contract. They had a promotion for which I had to get an iphone for $ 75. But after a while I found out that I would have to pay the full cost of this phone and at an inflated price, so in order to qualify for this promotion, I had to connect to the service online. Although the employees of this store assured me that everything is fine and that I qualify for this promotion. Be very careful if you decide to use their services

I was very dissatisfied. The person said she know what to do. Had to go go back 2 time with problems with the phones setting up. With the 2 days there I spend about 6 hours there and left with still problems.Tried to return and told me they could not. Had to go somewhere else to return and had to pay a restocking fee. I thank that with all my dissatisfaction I received I shouldn't have been charge a restocking fee. After I returned everything I received my bill. On the bill fees for something I said no to. I had to eat 10.00 for 2 chips for my tablets because they are not compatible to AT&T. There was to be a discount for AARP does not show anywhere. Lost information and cannot GET BACK. The salesperson was not truthfull. I think if you purchase something from there you should be able to return it there. Not all the sales staff was not informabile.

The staff was very helpful. We went in for a simple upgrade and the guy who helped us was straight to the point while being friendly and helpful with our questions.
