Terrell & Kierra took care of my needs. I went in looking to add my iPad to my plan and walked out with an apple watch. The customer service was outstanding. They were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Great job!

Absolutely stellar experience with Kelvin and Kazeem. They truly understood the service in customer service. They should close the 15th street store or have them trained by the 11th street store. Night and day experiences. 15th street I was lied to, berated and had my character called into question. A 4 block walk made all the difference. 11th street kept me with ATT - 15th street made me want to cross the street and go to T-mobile. Again great team at 11th street. If you have att go there, heck if you don’t and need a case or accessory go there. Customer service is a lost art 11th street hasn’t lost it at all.

BEWARE! AVOID this location! AVOID this location! I purchased an Apple IPhone fast charger cable for $34. The first time I purchased one it broke two months after purchase. When I went back to purchase another one, the store associate told me that if it happened again, I could bring it back for a new one because there is a 1 year warranty on it. I did not know that. I purchased another one recently and it didn’t last for 2 months before it broke. I took it back to the store in the original box to take advantage of the warranty they supposedly have only to be told by the manager through the associate that the warranty doesn’t apply to broken cables and they only honor the warranty if the cable had performance issues as if a broken cable isn’t a performance issue. I asked for a further explanation and he went to who I assume was the manager who was sitting down at a table talking, laughing and joking with the other employees to get more information about the warranty or exchange (I wasn’t even asking for a refund. I asked about exchanging it.) and she wasn’t even professional enough to actually speak to me as the customer. She instead decided to talk to her associate about the situation even though we were all standing next to each other. She never even made eye contact me. Why not just speak to me since I’m standing right here. Why are you speaking to your associate and telling him what to say even though I’m standing close enough to you to hear you clearly? Weird and totally unprofessional. I guess her personal conversation was more important and how dare I as the customer ask questions about a $34 flimsy cable. They didn’t know it because they didn’t ask, but not only was I there in reference to the charger, I was interested in purchasing a phone and service through AT&T as a birthday gift to someone else, but I decided not to as a result of how they handled the cable situation. I’ll be taking my business to Apple who would NEVER not honor a warranty which is what I should’ve done to begin with. Horrible service.

I bought a screen protector at a store out of State it cracked after a few days I came in here with the electronic receipt for them to replace it. They told me to go back to the store I purchased it at. Like a person is going to fly from Pennsylvania back to Kentucky for a $55 screen protector. Terrible service. Terrible. This store needs a company audit.

I had a really bad experience with this store and AT&T overall. When we traded in two phones, the first store representative didn’t even give us a receipt for the trade-in. Three months later, we discovered that we never received the trade-in credit. I contacted customer care, which turned out to be extremely time-consuming and far from a quick fix. After months of investigation, hours spent on calls, and multiple trips back and forth to the store, they finally found out that someone from the store mistakenly took the phone home. That’s why the trade-in never got processed.
On top of that, we faced numerous issues with an internet device we got from AT&T. Despite making countless calls and visiting the store repeatedly, they were of no help. We ended up paying $544.28 for what should have been $70 of internet services.
To make matters worse, I witnessed how they spoke to an elderly gentleman at the 1501 Walnut store—extremely rude and disrespectful. I would strongly recommend never choosing AT&T. T-Mobile and other carriers are so much better.

I’ve had an incredibly bad experience with AT&T overall. Their customer care is absolutely the worst part. The people in their stores lack proper knowledge about their own products and services. It’s really disappointing.
