So i came in with my husband and chris the rep took amazing care of me. He truly was a saint the way he was able to go over every aspect of the sale with us and transferd all of our contacts and photos. He was amazing im so excited about my home internet and he said it is only 47$ a month. It feels really good to have people like him to go to about my cell phone needs. Thank you again chris

I had a very good and helpful experience here. My girlfriend and I came in because her phone had been stolen and she wanted to move her number back to an old phone she had. We were able to do that successfully and the attendant was very helpful and friendly.

They basically told me I was getting one plan and gave me another. Told me I’d receive a call to switch it but now I can’t get through on the phone. I would go to a corporate ATT not this retailer.

Something is off about this location.. They told my disabled dad his phone was broke and that he needed a new one. Which I went in and paid cash for......
Nothing was wrong with his phone just needed tech support. Magically I asked them to call tech support and after being there for 3 hours tech was able to fix the issue within minutes! I asked to return the phone and they said the refund had to be on a card even though I paid with cash... The manager vaped like blowing smoke in my face and saying the situation was "blowing his high" A nightmare

Bo (sorry if spelling is wrong) helped me out immediately when the online techs couldn't. I had tried three times with online support and after failing to resolve my issue after a week, I went in to the store and had it fixed in less than the hold time waiting for an agent online.
