After a painful struggle with AT&T’s notoriously poor phone customer service—where language barriers made communication frustrating due to AT&T's outsourced support from a third-world country — I decided to visit the South Philly store to switch plans. There, I was assisted by a young woman named Teairra, who efficiently updated and fixed my account in less than 15 minutes.

The branch is excellent, but its drawback is that if a new SIM card is issued, it is issued with a New Jersey license code. I am in Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and this detail is important to me and to others. As for the rest of the matters, the branch is excellent.

The lady that helped me I wish I asked her name. She was the only girl there closing the store it was late. She was very short dark skin long hair. But she was awesome! Helped me gave me advice she is the first agent that actually explained my bill to me in a way I could understand it which I never understand my bill. She was super honest and straight forward. We had awesome conversation. Because of her I will always go to this location for help instead of calling. We need to keep this stores open and these awesome ppl working there she deserves a raise or a promotion!!! If it wasn't for her the rating would not be good because I think ATT makes it impossible to afford new phones and the bill is expensive. But she made it all worth it ! A+++++

Our recent trip to the Columbus Boulevard store was wonderful. After just a brief wait we were assisted by Jessica, a woman with great intelligence, skill, and superhuman patience. She carefully walked (and re-walked) me through the details of using my first "smart" phone. I still have a ways to go, to feel comfortable using this device, but without her help I could never have done it, at all.

I went into the store on Columbus Blvd. because the reps on the phone were pretty useless. I was helped by the store manager. She was super kind and went above and beyond to fix my connection issue. Thank you!

Two stars for basically being there and offering products that people need. Beyond that, we were extremely dismayed to find out the salesperson we worked with had misrepresented that our phone cases and a magnetic car charger (that didn't end up working anyway) were free accessories, when in reality we have been charged $16/month for 5 months with 5 months remaining and AT&T won't let us out of the deal. We would never have paid $160 for these janky accessories if we had not been misled to believe they were part of some promotion. Reading online this is actually a very common tactic/scam so my advice is to ask for everything you are receiving in writing and do not believe anything is "free," which were both mistakes I should not have made, but live and learn. Buyer beware.
