While used with a standalone plan, the Galaxy Watch won't require an Android™ smartphone or Apple® iPhone® to function after initial activation but does require the phone for certain options (e.g., software updates, email, etc.).

Today had the pleaser of working with Manuel he is truly a keeper! I’ve been to many of these stores and every time have gotten the response of you need to call the customer service line. But today i came here and he helped me go over my bill and he was able to help me get to the bottom of my problems he definitely deserves a raise and to be in charge to get better customer service in these stores. Please give this man props!

Probably the two most rudest employees I have ever dealt with at AT&T. The reps name is Rolanyi Galan and the manager is Kerry Mercer those ladies were extremely unprofessional. I was provided with wrong information about a trade-in that I inquired about online. When I asked to have my SIM card back Ms.Galan did not like my request. Both were very hostile. After being with AT&T for over a decade I may seek another phone provider.

Thank you Hassan for a wonderful and stress free phone upgrade experience. We were surprised when he told us he just started a number of months because he showed such great professionalism. We will definitely come back at this location again. (AT&T on Olentangy River Road, Columbus Ohio).

I always use this location. The last year they have been going DOWN HILL. They are so rude. As an elderly customer who is paying too much in my opinion, I at least expect to be treated with respect. My questions may sound trivial to the reps, but they are important to me. I have to go there now and my anxiety level is going crazy. So I have decided that my loyalty to AT&T now depends on today's visit. Already spoke with my son about helping me through the process of changing to another provider. Something he has been suggesting I do for a few years now. We shall see.
