Bad service in this store only serves you well if you go to buy it. I have worked many years in telephony and can ensure that this store lacks a good manager who seeks to have a reference store in quality care.

Ist awful costumer service the manager she dont know what her job position is. she called the police for because they lie to peoples about the bills. They say its going to be 147 and give free stuff because i got transfered there and i have the bill for 479 and that router that was supposed to be free its charged for 100$ after i paid taxes for it . . ITS WORS COSTUMER SERVICE. WORST MANAGER they are liers they dont want me to go to their store. Anymore because i asked for my right as a at&t costumer they are trying to take this right away from me and this is against the policy or the law .

I came to the store only for an upgrade to a new device. The rep who was assisting me only told me the price of the taxes and I paid and upon checking my receipt I saw he added The Home Tech package, some Turbo thing and next up without my knowledge, permission/consent which is fraudulent. When I questioned him about it he became defensive and rude and when I asked for the manager and spoke to her, she didn't do anything to assist but just said there was nothing she could do and for me to call customer service. The employees at this store are very, deceitful and fraudulent. I would never recommend anybody to do business at that store as they will be scammed.

I should really clarify my review, my issue is with the company not so much as this store location or employees or anything. My interaction with your rep was brief, as there was not much he could do for me because of the At&t policies that made me give this 2 star review, I can change it to reflect the location better.

Disappointed with the Service
I visited this AT&T store twice to transfer billing responsibility for my phone number—removing it from my parents’ account and opening a new account while keeping the same number. Both times, I made sure to bring everything they told me I needed. However, when I got there with all the “required” items, I was told they needed a manager’s approval to complete the process—something they never mentioned during my earlier visits.
On top of that, the staff seemed lazy and unwilling to work with us to resolve the issue. Their lack of effort and poor communication made an already frustrating experience worse. If needing a manager’s approval is part of the process, they should make that clear ahead of time. I expect better professionalism and customer service from a company like AT&T.

Manager was extremely rude and would not allow me to use the restroom. (I am pregnant and it was an emergency) I left the rest of my family to find a restroom somewhere else and came back and he said they had closed and wouldn't let me back in the store with the rest of my family. We had been in the store for hours spending lots of money and buying 2 new phones and adding a line to our family plan and still would not let me back in the store. We will never come to this store again and are switching providers ASAP

My customer rep at Cottman AT&T store was courteous, very helpful, and knowledgeable. She spent a long time with me helping me to be sure it all transferred to the new phone.
