Outstanding customer service Mario helped me my phone wasn’t working right ant it was fixed very quickly the manager assisted (Mazen) he was very professional and there was also another employee Akram that assisted as well come to find out Mario and Akram were new employees you could never tell again great customer service

All the workers there are scammers, they deceive people. They have been deceiving me for six months. They took my phone and didn't pay me, saying it's still processing. They told me that my phone was still processing for 4 months, but now they told me that they never received my phone. They said their old coworkers lied and left. But they won't solve my problem which they started. Also, on top of that their connection is bad.

I'm usually not complimentary of the employees of big companies and my experience with AT&T has been less than sparkling. But every now and then someone surprises you. Mario who is an employee at this Philadelphia location made my switch over to a new phone better than expected. He was friendly, funny and got the job done as quickly as possible. I wish I could do more for this young man than just write a review, but I am certain he will go on to do great things. Thanks Mario. May good things come to you.

What a beautiful representative you have working in this At&T store. Polite, professional, kind and very, very helpful. More companies should have representatives like HAILEY working for AND representing THEIR Company! I wish I could put ZERO stars . I went in for WiFi , it not only took over an hour for their team to set me up but when I got home they charged me an unauthorized amount of $100.00 . I called the next day to get my money back and they couldn’t help me. I was also promised an email stating I’d have the $100.00 back in my bank account and no email. DO NOT GO HERE!
