I am giving this place 5 stars because the man taking orders spoke with DISTINCTION and had excellent customer service on today's date of 8-17-20...9:23:39 a.m.He NEEDS TO BE PROMOTED.Firstly, He said good morning to everyone individually. He took my order and worked swiftly when fulfilling everyone's orders. The patrons were called by Mr. and Miss followed by the name they provided at the window. He did his job with grace and I appreciated it. THE FOOD WAS GREAT. I was able to order a turkey, spinach and avocado sandwich with cheddar and honey mustard. he offered to have it toasted, which I agreed w as a good idea. This was totally customized. It was my first time trying this spot and it was delicious. I would visit this spot again, if ever in thos area or at this airport. Great crew member.

This place is great. I had an absolutely delicious salad there! I also tried their pastries and they are very good. The prices are a bit high but considering it's at the airport, they are not too bad.

Just rude customer service at the Philadelphia Airport Location. Asked for a toasted Asiago bagel, and the woman waved her hands around, looks at me with one of the most condescending looks I’ve received from a service person and says, “we don’t got no bagels.” The way that she said it made it sound like I’d asked to ride a unicorn, like it was so improbable for it to be possible. Mind you, there’s bagels in the grab and go display case, there’s bagel sandwiches advertised behind the sandwich counter, and I’ve literally gotten that same exact order at every Au Bon Pain I’ve been to. It’s the only thing I eat there. I had already grabbed a soup to try before asking about the bagel, or else I would’ve walked out with nothing. Honestly made me feel embarrassed for even asking the question.

I wanted to come to grab a quick bite before my flight so I decided to get something here. I ordered the Chicken Turkey & Avocado signature sandwich which was good and satisfying, but for the size, its price at $10.49 is definitely on the higher end (but I do understand airports are generally more expensive). Also, it was very oily on the bottom for some reason when sandwiches such as the one I ordered really should not be. I also ordered a small Chicken Noodle soup, but I did not really have much of a choice since most of the soup containers were almost empty to the point where you could no longer scoop it up with the ladle. This place is very convenient and one of the healthier options within the PHL foodcourt but might not be worth it at the prices that they are charging.

I really like to come here for the salads, but like the other reviews say, they really act like they are extremely bothered that you are placing an order. There was no line at all when I ordered, but the fact that I wanted a breakfast bagel AND a salad really pissed this guy off. I know what it's like to work food and beverage/customer service so I am so polite when I order and always say please and thank you. It didn't matter, this guy was so unnecessarily mean. Pro tip - do NOT try to argue that avocado isn't a protein. It is in fact a premium item, but they will tell you it's a protein. But everyone knows AVOCADO IS A FAT NOT A PROTEIN. They don't get it.

The food and service are good. They are expensive and don't give employee discounts.

In f terminal. Good luck getting soup. If you're good at scraping pots, you're in luck.

We were stuck in the airport for about 4 hours (multiple delays) so I decided to get something to eat. Turkey club was just OK. I wouldn't get it again and I barely ate half. The bread seemed stale. I wouldn't eat here again. I would just get snacks and eat those or try out a different restaurant.

had a very good experience here the ladies were SO NICE TO MEEE and it was like 9 am and there was a rush but they still remembered my name & kept talkin to me while i was waiting for the food to come out & they even toasted my bagel and then brought it out and asked me if i wanted it more toasted or not like omg my mother has never been so thoughtful about my bagels i want to be adopted by these women ! anyway it was really good. i recommend it for breakfast esp considerig the other choices are like chipotle and some asian food next door this was the obvious choice here NOT TO MENTION THIS IS THE ONLY PART OF THE TERMINAL WHERE I DIDNT FREEZE MY A** OFF
