After coming home from traveling to the aftermath of a hit-and-run, quite the warm welcome back to Philly. But after reading some stellar reviews, I decided to give this shop a try—and I’m SO glad I did! From the initial quote to the final repair, it was hands-down the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop.
Everyone here knows their stuff, from the team up front to the owner, Joe, who runs a super smooth operation. They worked with me through the headache of insurance, which unfortunately didn’t cover the damage. I ended up paying out of pocket, but honestly, the reasonable pricing and top-notch service made it worth every penny.
And I can’t say enough about their above-and-beyond service. Right before Labor Day, my engine light came on and my car started breaking down—I couldn’t accelerate past 15 mph! Joe stayed after hours to help me out, and, luckily, his team had the spare part I needed on hand. Turns out only 3 out of my 4 cylinders were working. Lifesavers!
This shop is now my go-to for anything car-related, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. If you want excellent service at a fair price, this is the place to go!

Joe and his staff worked with my insurance company to get the repairs my car needed. His team delivered once again. Sadly, I've had to use Auto Service Collision Center a few times but I wouldn't take my cars to any other body shop in the Tri-State Area. 5 star customer service!! Car was repaired earlier than originally scheduled. If I didn't know any better, the car was never involved in an accident. Car was picture perfect when the repairs were completed. Joe and his staff delivered again!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Auto Service Collision to anyone who needs body work done.
