ALEX the manager from autozone was amazing. He was very nice on the phone and told me he would put my windshield wipers on for free with the purchase. I had some difficulties but he was so accommodating. He told me he was working a double yet still had such a cheerful positive demeanor. Thank you Alex!

Aleksey went out of his way to make a phone call to fix a mistake that was made at another location. They forgot to add my rewards for a $300 item I purchased, and he went out of his way to call the 1 800 number and within seconds, they added it to my account for my rewards, I recommend this store to anyone in the area. Best store manager I’ve come across.

I can’t believe how I went to this establishment and was giving the wrong part. I had to wait again for them to reorder the part again and I hope it’s the right part. I was told the person I spoke with last week was a manager out of his mouth to be told today the guy wasn’t. What’s going on in this place of business? The guy I spoke with today claimed to be a manager and had the audacity to say my order came 2days ago and nobody called to tell me anything. It was just sitting there. I tried calling 2times lastnight while I was working to be put on hold and this manager I spoke with today I think he think it’s a joke to tell a paying customer anything and saying he going to speak with the workers. How you call and be on hold to having the phone put down on the counter twice and not even getting a hello or nothing to the phone being hung up to you being told ur item was there 2days ago? I’m a paying customer too in line or on the phone treat your customers with respect and addressed the workers. I’m so disappointed!

I've gotten numerous supplies here over the years and the customer service has always been wonderful. Today Aleksey, while he was on his way off of work for the day, helped me with my battery and took the time to explain everything without rushing at all.

Everything was where it should be. I couldn't find the part I needed/ wanted even though the app said it was in Stock so I grabbed a different brand.

Our experience was awesome. The manager Alex took great care of us. He helped figure out the problem. Our battery was bad and he installed it for us. He was so kind and it was finally nice to have someone in customer care that’s not rude and actually wants to help you. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

I did buy 1 part from here & the man that waited on me he was very nice & very helpful, The Auto Zone that is very close 2 my house Broad & Cumberland Streets they always sends me here this Auto Zone always have parts, This Auto Zone parts are always well stocked. I bought 3 parts from here unfortunately they sold me the wrong parts, Sensors, it was the wrong 1, & AC Switch it was the wrong 1, I had 2 bring them back, & they did give me my money back.

I didn’t listen to them when they tried to tell me what part I needed. I made them return the same part 2 times. Which was my fault. Thank god they are so kind especially Yadira !!!

Went in to ask about my ac and the one dude looked at me like he was afraid when I asked him if he worked there and then the guy he asked about my issue was extremely dismissive. “I don’t know, I don’t know” don’t you know no customer ever wants to hear that. Literally useless.
