Had a reservation…… got lost getting here….. arrived at 2:45p and the lady at the gate said they had already left but the website says you close at 3pm. Weak customer service !

First and foremost stay away from Avis they will charge you a $9.90 fee in addition to all your tolls and tell you later that it was all on the agreement and they charged me a late fee for no reason when I renewed rental. This particular location has 0 customer service and its nearly impossible to reach them on the phone. I will never ever rent from them again.

I was treated poorly and with racism. I'm a Puerto Rican woman with very light skin and was treated badly by the ladies at the front desk as they treated with respect all the black Americans and I was the only white customer there on the day I went in to return the rental. Phones are kept off the hook, so getting in contact with the front desk is impossible. Second phone line they have goes directly to voicemail, but no one returns a call back. They placed a hold on my bank card for a second week, but only used the rental for one week and can't reach anyone there to talk about releasing the hold on my card. I had to place a complaint of racism and bad service to the Avis complaint department and they are now under investigation and I may have to get my lawyer involved

Most rude and aggressive staff ever. Kept being cut off and hung up on because the woman on the phone wouldn't even let me finish my question. You don't like customer service then quit.

My payment to them declined. That's no biggie. I call them to correct it. For over an hour I get a busy signal every time I call them. That's terrible. They should have more than 1 line and I am wondering if they took the phone off the hook to make it stop ringing.

Females here was very ghetto and unprofessional I can’t believe they were hired, online It said it accepts debit card and then when I got there they said something about my credit score and said I need a credit card

Unsafe place. I rented a car to drive for Uber but it was defective. It wouldn’t charge. I brought the car in for a swap but as I waited it was a real unsafe environment. Customers were yelling. I decided I didn’t want to rent from this place. I asked for a refund for the days I had the defective car. Was denied. I just wanted to leave so I left with a charge for the days I had the defective car. I will call Uber or Avis for a refund.
