The lady that helps at the front sucks. Everyone else is kind and helpful but unfortunately every time I go in there the lady takes care of me. There was a line full of people & she kept putting coins away and not attending anybody. The next person asked about a temporary card & she says “no only digital don’t ask me how cause I don’t know”. When I came up I made a big withdrawal & she handed me the money in front of everyone in line. No bag or discretion. Td bank always asks if your car is close by & do you have a bag but no

The door does not open and to use atm and there is no other bank of america for miles. You guys have to start letting your customers have access to your atm after hours. This is ridiculous.

Been going to this location for a very long time inside is very clean, helpful, and friendly but always go early in the day I would not recommend going after the bank has closed for ATM use nothing wrong with them but you just never know what you will find. Stay Safe?

Very unprofessional bank tellers. Rude, and dismissive when I was inquiring to see customer service. However, the manager of this branch Leo, receives 5 stars for his exchange with me. Leo went above and beyond in his customer service towards me. He made me feel valued and bestowed exemplary professionalism and customer service towards me. For his sake, I hope he gets some associates in there that match his level of class and service so that this branch can shine as an example instead of a dreaded experience. Can not rave about the branch manager Leo enough. He represents Bank of America well. Kindness and courtesy should be standard when it comes to customer service. I did go ahead and open an account elsewhere because of it the lack of professionalism and kindness from the bank tellers, Ive decided to Customer service and how you make clients feel, matters.

Customer service is horrible been sitting here for over a hour waiting to make a checking account people that are just walking in are getting took the the back before me then I ask why they say they made appointments but it’s no sign in sheet no line no way for them to know who was next they just come out and pick random people I do not think you should come here try another location these people should not be working here

Hate this location after hours always junkies in the entrance area,drug needles,drug bags,this location after banking hours is horrible never use this ATM one and done! The police need to keep them people out of there

Trash service. Made an appointment which was worthless because 30 minutes later I still didn’t have my request resolved. If you need The customer service desk might as well chalk it up. All off 5 them will hide in the back pretending to resolve issues while the poor lady has a line out the door. Thanks jasmine for leaving me for 20 minutes with no details while you cancelled my card and issued it to an address I clearly told you I wouldn’t be at for over a month, and without given me a new one nor telling me. Now my car insurance isn’t paid. And I cant get money out the bank because its closed and my card is deactivated! Thanks moron.

Very bad customer service, we were waiting for over 30 min and the customer sevice agents sitting in the office texting on thier phones , then one of them took break cz there was people waiting for customer service, and i had to stand up and hallo at the manager (kim) , she came over and the said we have appointments and i told her i dont see any appointments or people at the customer service desks , she was very unprofessional and nasty she said you dont know what we have, we know our job better than you, then she made me wait another 10 min meanwhile no one came before me, after that one of them took me and they start taking in spanish something i did not understand, bad customer service worst location ever,, i will close my account after that bad experince and give another bank my business .
