What happened to those welcoming "employees" at the door? They were GREAT!! They responded pretty accurately to questions that saved customers time to line up OR making an unnecessary appointment. You SHOULD bring them back to avoid dissatisfied clients in light of personnel shortage. I assume they were "practical training" or "W-S" MBAs or BBAs students completing their degrees...?

As a preferred member having a working ATM is needed! Fix your only drive thru ATM! Always takes weeks

Mr Steven Chang was enthusiastic to welcome me. He is very patient and a good professional Banker, he explained me everything about my business checking and credit cards accounts. Also it is a nice place, safe area and plenty of free parking. I recommend this place and especially Mr. Steven Chang.

I have been able to setup an account with yolandita and get my credit cards etc… very easily!I am French so English is not my native language and she has been really patient about teaching me and she gave me a lot of information about everything.

A scammer had me dead to rights with a convincing plan to get student loan taken care of. Fortunately BOA interceded & blocked just as my child was telling me No, there's a crime wave around the nation. BOA saved by bacon allowing me to miss this pitfall which would have costed me thousands.

This BOA is HORRIBLE!!!! My husband went in to ask a question about his account, they were supposed to get someone to help him he sat and waited for an hour, then when someone did come the guy RaShaun(business manager) his attitude was disgusting he began yelling at my husband because he was getting more irritated with the questions we had about the account, Then left to make a "call", but actually went on break and left my husband sitting there waiting again!.…They are not PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!! DO NOT ? GO TO THIS BOA THEY'RE DISRESPECTFUL! WE WILL BE COMPLAINING TO CORPORATE AND FURTHER!

I've been with Bank of America for about 12 years. I let them take all their fees out all of these years and their terrible customer service and never complained until now. I deposited a check into my account at the Cecil b Moore branch on 7/16, I asked the teller when the funds would be available as they no longer cash checks from other banks even though the bank was TD a large American financial institution but ok. The teller informed me that the funds would be available by the latest Tuesday. I get an email Sunday morning stating that I would not be able to access the funds until TD bank released the funds which was something I had never heard before. I went to my employer who wrote the check and asked if he could see why the TD had not released the funds. His response was the funds are no longer in the company's account the bank has intercepted them. The bank has two weeks to release our funds, during that time they are accruing interest on that amount. So essentially the bank is holding my money so they can earn a greater profit off of my back and deposit. I called Bank of America to speak to someone to ask for my funds to be released I was hung up on twice. I had contractors and bills to pay just like anyone else and to hold my money that I earned for 14 days was just not the way you treat a customer or even just a human with basic respect. Ashley from Tennessee told me I was abusing her when I questioned her and asked to speak to a supervisor she claimed they don't have a supervisor available when just seconds before she claimed she was consulting with her supervisor. Then she hung up on me. Same with the young lady when I called the next day. At this point I am closing my account and I hope others read this and take a closer look at PNC OR CHASE OR EVEN Citizens before entrusting your finances with an institution like BOA.

I had a question that I was getting ready to ask one of the workers who wasn’t behind the window and her coworker stopped her to call her in the back (which she told me she’ll be back in a minute) and he told her to get handle the next customer in line. I had one question that could’ve been answered in a second. Well I’m like ok well since it’s a few ppl in line then I shouldn’t have to wait long. After he finished with his customer he left from the window and she started a whole conversation with the person in front of me about Florida. All I needed was a damn question answered which could’ve been taken care of at the ATM. Stood in line for 15min (with one person on front of me) before deciding to just go to another branch.
