People don't want to work. I came to open a business account, there were only 1 person and only a few employees. Let's go to another bank to open an account.

I have been banking with Bank of America for nearly 20 years started this account as a late teenager. I've previously worked for them and want to highlight and offer fair feedback relevant to a recent negative experience a one of their financial centers.Bank of America Financial Center:2118 Cottman Ave SPC 6Philadelphia, PA 19149I attempted to deposit a large check in into my primary checking account via teller and the teller advised she couldn't negotiate the item because it was signed in a different color ink, I explained that this is false. I explained to her that nothing is wrong with the check and that the account owner (my attorney) signed and offered her to call my attorney to resolve any reservations relating to this item but she refused. Exercising my right as a client, I simply deposited the check into the same account via the ATM in the branch, I was aware that the item would be placed on hold this is not the problem. What I have an issue with is that I was treated unfairly due to this employees bias towards me, she could've simply deposited the check and placed a standard or extended hold on the item, which Bank of America did anyway after I deposited it via the ATM.My account(s) were frozen and closed they allege the check was counterfeit. Now note this is why holds and other measures are in place but yet they’ve made an egregious mistake and failed to do their due diligence regardless of how long I’ve been a client. I’m limited on the characters on some social media but a full detailed review has been posted on Google as well. This is just the tip of the iceberg and doesn’t detail the events related being unable to access funds in this account which I’ll make another attempt to do tomorrow. I don’t recommend banking with them, there are other alternatives!

DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible bank staff with narcissistic egos and know-it-all attitudes who are constantly talking down to customers as if they don't understand anything. In every experience going here expect to wait in line for at least 45 minutes for even a simple banking transaction (ie. withdrawal, deposit, payment, etc).Today the teller working (who usually works the lobby front desk) blatantly made it clear that my business was not welcomed here and referred me to another branch even though this is my closest location. I have actually been to the other branch and although both branches are extremely busy with lines out the door, the other location has top notch customer service, positive attitude, and is speedy in getting their customers in and out. Quite frankly I don't mind the wait as I understand they may be understaffed or overwhelmed by the number of customers they have to serve, however, that is not an excuse for the unwelcoming and patronizing attitude. It is ridiculous that both being BoA branches there is such a disparity in service and attitude. I should not have to travel further than my closest BoA location in order to receive quality service and fulfill all my banking needs.

This is the worst bank ever especially this location. They will give you misinformation.The tellers doesn't know well the policies of the corporation and they will screw you I'm your face and it doesn't matter how much you complain. Nothing changes . Well yes the only thing that changes to the worst is the attitude of them...Shame on you bankofamerica

I wonder if I accidentally transferred money to a credit card. The first time I choose to transfer to the bank card, when I select the date, it has been 15 days since I transferred to the credit card. How long will it take to receive the money?

This is the worst bank been waiting in line for 25 minutes with only 2 ppl infront of me only 1 teller opened and she leaves for a 10 minute break with 9 people waiting on the line ? it's always like this every time I come SWITCH TO PNC IF YOU LIKE FAST FRIENDLY SERVICE

I had a bad experience with customer service, he's a dark bearded guy, he didn't help me solve my problem and despite that, he put other people ahead of me and he left me last he doesn't want to talk to me because he's racist.
