I really like this location. The staff here that I have encountered have been so pleasant and very helpful. One woman, I cannot recall her name at the moment, went above and beyond to get things in order for me when I opened a savings account. This location really lives up to the bank's name.

Ridge and Lyceum is on point! They have great staff and Management is the best .. ALWAYS have time when I have had a concern .. PERSONAL banking second to none !!

Avoid WSFS at all costs! Couldn’t download statements from anything past 4 months back. Paid for statements for a whole year and they gave me a bunch of random sheets of paper out of date order with barley readable text printed in 7.5 size font. After that I later dealt with “maintenance fees” that caused a negative balance in an unused savings account with a small balance under $100. WSFS slammed me with overdraft fees from that, unfortunately they were unable to help refund the fees. How is that not illegal? If you love having money stolen from your account you should go here. These are all issues directly with WSFS’s Corporate structure and do not reflect the employees or lower management at this branch who were all as helpful as they could possibly be.

Awful, Everytime I go to the bank there is an issue with my account or money is missing for no reason. Even when I do a simple deposit they screw it up. I will be taking my buisness somewhere else I suggest you do the same!
