Ever since Beneficial was bought out by WSFS all of their offerings and services have been steadily going downhill. Especially, banking services for small business owners. Can't see myself being a customer for much longer.

I've been banking here for a while and never have had any bad experience until today.I was greeted with a poor attitude like the teller didn't want to be there (not even a hello; more like hurry up so I can be done with this) and the teller having an attitude with me. I'm in the customer service business as well - and this isn't a way to treat a human being let alone a customer. It's understandable if someone has a bad day but that can't be taken out on others especially clients.Beyond disappointed with my experience today.

People, stay away from this bank!! I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years and since they become WSFS you can not trust them. A very large amount of money was stolen from my account. Somebody stole my check from the mailbox , just crossed out the original amount and wrote over the new one. Then deposited it using ATM. Both banks passed this check as valid. I was told at WSPS that I have to wait for up to 90 days fro them to investigate this. They refused to give me at least a provision of credit . I know all banks do that. Also they told me that they can’t guarantee that it will not happen again because they don’t have any control of ATM. I am closing my account as soon as they return my money.

The staff at this location are so nice. They are pleasant and accommodating. Makes going to the bank a pleasant experience.

I can’t even put into words the experience that I had at this bank this morning !!! it was uncalled for !!! Don’t use this bank put ur money somewhere where u will be respected and treated like a person !!

My father has been a customer with this bank for over 10 years!!! The problem is they where bought out and turned into a new company !! So today we went in for a easy deposit into a retirement saving account. The customer service is insane at this location, my father is 71 years old he needs and wants someone to explain to him what everything is and that seemed to be to much for the banker working with us ! I work in customer service and deal with customers just like my dad e
