WSFS has always been great with my personal and business accounts.They always give me the best service I’ve ever had with a banking institution,especially Francesca!! She is always incredibly helpful with any issue or questions I have!! I suggest management give Francesca a raise as she works as hard as two people at her job!

closed on weekends, bank app doesn't work. hours 9-5, I have to take time off of work this week to close my account. Banks changed hands several times, but have been banking here for 40 years, No More!

Last weekend I had a problem with my account and tried resolving it over the phone.I spoke to someone who identifyed herself as Martha or Marta... I can't be sure of the name.This woman gave me a big time attitude on the phone and only wanted to tell me HER version of the problem as SHE saw it without trying to understand what I was trying to tell her.What happened to:"We Stand For Service"?

Everytime I use my card online they lock my card out, 3 new cards so far and the newest one I got today the lady messed up my pin number so I can't even use it I'm done calling and going to this place im pulling my money and I'm out.

We have been banking here for several years, the service is very efficient. I never have to wait long in line. Yes, sometimes if you are going through the drive-through service you may have to wait a bit, but a lot of that has to do with the pandemic. Indoor service is swift. Francesca and all the other ladies and guys I have interacted with are very friendly and helpful. I feel like they make the experience pleasant. Replacing a debit card and doing transactions through this branch is a breeze.

I've been reading other reviews complaining about ATM fees that used to be more than 50 Cent and I love the fact that cash deposits into ATM available immediately The Only Bone I have to pick is the location of branches I'm in North Philadelphia Strawberry Mansion to be exact and if I need a ATM I'm going to pay a service fee because there isn't WSFS near me I've been a client more than 10 years and I've never had an issue with staff in any branch feel like I'm talking to family with some of them
