Kelly at N. Third Street saved the day! My husband was having a really hard time with plantar faciitis and Kelly took time and great care to put him in the best shoes for his issue. No pain at all today! Excellent service, friendly care and awesome shoes. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, great prices, great shoes. It is true, if you have a nice experience with the staff you will want to come back over and over. The salespeople here go above and beyond. If you are lucky enough to get Jay, you will never shop for shoes anywhere else. They are “old school” when it comes to customer service, and always willing to find the right shoe for you. The shoes at the old city location are focused on comfort, walking, or fitness.

I just got home after probably trying 8 different shoes or boots , the store associates were awesome they treated me so well , im used to the stores were u gotta beg for help this gentleman was extremely kind very helpful and definitely knew his stuff as well as merchandise . I’m so looking forward to next trip as does my boyfriend as to the two associates Thank You kindly for your friendly and patient service I just was in awe of yours versatility in shoes and sneakers ???

The service here is excellent. I have foot issues, and the gentleman who assisted me on 10/7/22 at 4:30pm was the definition of professional. I bought a years worth of shoes and orthotics as a result, and I'll certainly return.

BLS-Old City is an exceptional example of a brick and mortar shoe store that has weathered recent global challenges in retail by serving as the epitome of what customer service should be! Patient and informative, the staff is knowledgeable and puts the customer's needs first! Shout out to Kelly and his entire staff for getting me into the hard-to-find style my feet were craving!

This store has a good selection of in-season shoes from mid-range to-higher-end designers. Many designed tor walking or hiking so don’t expect stilettos or fancy bedazzled shoes - it’s not that kind of shoe store. A search through the sale wall can yield some good results so be sure to give it a look. The store is neat and clean

Stopped in looking for a comfortable yet stylish pair of low boots for my "changing" feet (i.e., I can no longer wear all the shoes in my closet due to bunions, arthritis, etc.) and I explained this to Jan, the friendly and helpful sales associate. She was extremely patient as I kept grabbing more and more shoes from the shelves, and her suggestions about which ones would meet my needs were spot-on. After 30-40 minutes there, I ended up buying TWO pairs and I couldn't be happier. This kind of service is rarely seen these days, and it was refreshing to buy shoes in person and not online. Love this store!

Small, intimate, quality, well - made shoe shopping experience. There is a section of the store of clearance shoes. Thise prices are a little more affordable. Thos store has shoes that are great for the feet. Dansko shoes are a little pricey in general but the clearance section had a good price for selected styles.. parking is a little limited. You can park across the street or around the corner at kiosk meters. Personable, knowledgeable service from sales associate.

I am writing this review to thank Christen, the store manager. I bought some Birkenstocks 2 weeks ago, and they did not fit me well. I returned to the store and Christen immediately offered many options, and I ended up with Birkenstocks that properly fit. Thank you, Christen, for helping me and for your excellent customer service. You are an asset to the store.
