They have blasted marketing of all their inventory, but when you go to inquire about the trucks they say they are openly violating the Sherman Act and antitrust laws and favoring only clients of their choosing. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I want to give Bently Truck Rentals a HUGE Shout Out ! My dealings were met with open arms and also with an abundance of patients by Bob over at the Logan township location in Sweedsboro ! This man was very helpful. He helped me remove and reinstall the personal items not once but twice out of the sleeper cab truck we rented. (This happened when the truck broke down and we switched from one truck to another. He also did this a third time when we returned our rental.) This man even went the extra miles !, by taking me in his personal car and time after work to the local rental car company with all my items in tow mind you... when we returned the final truck rental. I feel this man needs special recognition in these times of negativity in this world of ours. The absolute worst experience that I've ever had with a auto repair shop!! I suggest you pay out of pocket to have your truck taken to a different shop. I had my brand new Fuso dump with only 100 miles on it total towed to them. Truck has been there 5 days now and counting. Truck sat there for 3 day without even being diagnosed. Staff shows very little urgency in getting anything done.

You can't go wrong with Bentley Truck on Essington. Everybody I've dealt with in every department has exceeded my expectations tenfold. Refreshingly expedient, organized, honest, professional. I purchased my first fleet truck in October 2019 and it has been nothing but a pleasure ever since. The superstar of this review is John Giacobbe in the Dealership Service Department. A true gentleman and a scholar. He has taken very good care of me and both my trucks (one of which was purchased elsewhere), and takes time on the phone to discuss the granulars of the work done. John could tell me that a repair cost $4000 (which has happened more than once) and I can trust that he arrived at that number objectively and with integrity. Thanks for everything John, I appreciate you.

Owner and supervisors use archaic systems and procedures while discouraging out of the box thinkers. The only reason they exist is because Penske ALLOWS them to exist. Crooks that don’t pay their employees for trucks THEY sold and counter-productive toxic leaders.

Stopped by the parts department at 12:40, no one at the counter. I waited at the counter for about 15 mins, assuming they were at lunch. I then asked the service department if there was anyone in parts, the gentleman paged parts over their intercom, waited another 10 mins, then left store around 1:05.
