The medicine was filled earlier because I need to pick it up for the patient who is sick. I had to pick it up three days earlier because of my travels. The next day I could not find the med. I find the empty containers in the washer. The medicine was totally dissolved and gone. I thought the containers are sealed hermetically and the water should not have damaged the pills. I explained this to the pharmacist and he said have the doctor call and he would refill it. After the doctor called authorizing the refill of the dissolved medicine, the pharmacist refused to fill it. It is a controlled substance (ambien). Did the pharmacist think that the patient took all 30 pills from one day to another? Why did he play games? He needed control and to feel superior. He did not believe what happened with the pills. I was able to get them refilled in another pharmacy. I had to ask the doctor to call another pharmacy. Once I found a compassionate, humane, and understanding pharmacist I got the prescription filed. Thank you.

Just received my COVID booster vaccine shot here. I didn't even have to schedule the appointment- I just walked in and they were able to provide the vaccine within 20 minutes. Such an easy process. I received my first two doses of the Moderna vaccine here in the spring. All visits were a great experience- efficient, professional, and no hassles. I highly recommend this pharmacy for COVID vaccines. I plan to return for a flu shot sometime in the near future.

This place is fantastic. They were able to compound my medication quickly and had it ready the next day. They communicated great and called me when it was ready for pick up. I've picked up the same medication at another compounding pharmacy in the area and they were not very nice and MUCH more expensive. Very pleased.

Supremely helpful and very friendly! The pharmacists were very eager to compound a unique prescription formula for my dog and went out of their way to provide it quickly and at the lowest price possible. None of the other pharmacies in West Philly could offer the level of service I needed to get this medication compounded for my dog. (This is so important, because most pharmacies only offer a human formula of this drug, which includes an artificial sweetener that's highly toxic to dogs.) Here, the pharmacists worked with me every step of the way to assure me that they were making a doggie-safe drug. I'm so thrilled with my experience with this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is excellent. They are prompt and responsive. I don't like very close to Philly anymore but I still get one or my prescriptions from them shipped to my house. They are the best!

Have been with Neighbor Pharmacy over 7 yrs and intend to continue my patronage for many more. Reliable, cost savings, pick-up/mail-order/delivery. Even during Philadelphia's 2020 upheaval and rioting (Store received extensive damages and costly theft of medicines/monies) they courageously and faithfully STILL managed to deliver my medications without disruption! Owner & staff truly care for the well-being of their customers~
